Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Elementary Education Development In JX County Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)put forward the rural revitalization strategy,which aims to realize the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas with strong agriculture,beautiful rural areas and rich farmers.As an important part of rural revitalization strategy,rural education revitalization plays a vital role in rural economic development,rural social transformation,improvement of villagers’ overall cultural quality and improvement of rural entrepreneurship and innovation ability.With the increasing emphasis of the country on rural education,China’s rural education has made considerable progress.However,in some poor rural areas,there are still many problems and difficulties in rural education,which restrict the implementation of rural revitalization strategy to some extent.Therefore,the study of rural primary school education development under the framework of rural revitalization strategy has important theoretical and practical significance.Taking JX county rural primary school as the research object,on the basis of clarifying the country revitalization strategy and the connotation of rural education,according to the theory of the allocation of resources and human capital theory as the instruction,using literature analysis,questionnaire investigation and interview method,analyzing the development of the JX county rural elementary education,exploring the problems existing in the rural primary school education development of JX county,found the problems in the allocation of education resources,the teachers troop construction and rural school education development ideas hindered the development of JX county rural primary school education,its reason is: the constraints of rural geographical environment and rural social environment,the neglect of family education in rural areas,the obstacles to backward rural economy,the sharp decrease in the enrollment of rural primary school students,uneven distribution of educational resources and the restrictions of educational expenditure policy.Countermeasures are put forward: strengthening the leading role of government in rural primary school education;paying attention to the key role of schools in rural revitalization;playing a social role in helping left-behind children grow up healthily;bring into play the promoting role of rural economy to rural education.It is expected that this research can provide reference for the development of rural primary school education in JX County.
