From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization Strategy, T County Government Promotes Rural Education Revitalization Path Research

The topic of this paper is mainly based on the following background: The rural revitalization strategy was first proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Faced with the current scarcity of rural population,scarcity of employment opportunities,hollowing out of rural aging,and the decreasing number of students,China has successively issued rural revitalization strategies and plans,all of which put education at an important position,emphasizing the implementation of rural revitalization.Strategy must pay attention to the development of rural education and promote the balanced development of urban and rural education integration and compulsory education.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is based on education.At present,there are a series of problems in the development of rural education in China.Taking T County as an example,in promoting the development of rural education,the government has problems such as insufficient capital investment,imperfect rural education structure,relatively backward school conditions,weak rural teachers,and outdated educational concepts.This is in line with the training of rural skilled talents.The need for rural revitalization and development is not matched,and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is seriously hindered.Therefore,in this general environment,it is extremely urgent to explore the path of rural education revitalization by taking T County as an example.Through the questionnaire survey method,case analysis method,in-depth interview method,statistical analysis method,literature research method and other research methods,the paper analyzes the current situation of rural education in China and represents the government's promotion of rural education.The outstanding problems in the paper have been analyzed in detail,and countermeasures have been carried out for a series of problems that hinder the revitalization of rural education.Because of the problems in the development of rural education,it has become an important factor restricting rural revitalization.Therefore,after extensive research and analysis,the paper concludes that in order to revitalize rural education,it is necessary to increase government investment in rural education,optimize the educational structure,improve the standardization of rural schools,optimize the rural teachers,and improve policy support.Only by solving some outstanding problems that hinder the revitalization of rural education can we steadily advance the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.This paper takes the rural revitalization strategy as the background and has certain reference value for promoting the revitalization of rural education in China.
