The continuous decline of children's physical health and rising obesity rates are currently hot issues of global concern.Children are the hope that determines the future development of the country.Children's physical health should be the focus of the state and society.Active participation in physical activities is to reduce childhood obesity Premise for improving children's fitness.Providing children with diverse ways to participate in physical activity and developing efficient promotion mechanisms are important aspects that affect children's participation in physical activity.This article will compare the training methods and promotion mechanisms of Chinese and American children's participation in physical activities.This article uses literature data method,logic analysis method and comparative research method for research and analysis.After obtaining relevant information on the basic channels and promotion mechanisms of children's participation in physical activities in China and the United States,the similarities,differences and characteristics of the training channels and promotion mechanisms of children's participation in physical activities are summarized in both countries.It will also provide a reference for China to formulate more detailed,detailed and targeted specific policies,so as to further promote the active physical exercise of Chinese children,improve their physical fitness,and lay a good foundation for developing a good sense of lifelong sports from childhood.At the same time,it provides suggestions for the cultivation of Chinese children's participation in physical activities,institutionally and organizationally improves Chinese children's participation in sports,and promotes the healthy development of Chinese children's physique.According to the research,there are four differences between China and the United States in the management of children's participation in physical activities.First,the main bodies that formulate policies related to children's participation in physical activities are different.China focuses on government management and the United States focuses on social guidance.Second,Chinese and American children have different ways to participate in physical activities.Chinese children participate in physical activities mainly through school sports,and the United States has established a “trinity” physical activity participation mechanism for schools,communities,and families.Third,In the process of managing children's participation in physical activity,China pays more attention to results-oriented,and the United States pays more attention to the combination of results and processes.Fourth,in the process of monitoring children's participation in physical activities,China attaches importance to the monitoring and analysis of children's overall data,and the United States pays more attention to the evaluation results of children's individual physical fitness.Finally,based on the enlightenment of the comparison of physical activity training pathways and promotion mechanisms between Chinese and American children,the following suggestions are proposed.When formulating policies,fully reference the research results of research organizations on children's physical activities,and comprehensively guide children's scientific participation in physical activities.;Expand the ways and methods of Chinese children's participation in physical activities,focus on the interconnection between families,communities and schools,truly achieve the integration of sports resources inside and outside the school,and create an environment for children to participate in physical activities;play the promotion mechanism It plays an important role in the process of activities,strengthens the feedback on children's physical fitness level and formulates targeted recommendations,promotes the effective combination of internal motivation and external promotion mechanisms in the process of children's participation in physical activities,and increases children's enthusiasm for physical activities.
