With the development of science and technology and social progress,social adaptability has gradually become an indispensable indicator of people's health.Junior high school students are the future and hope of the country,but the social adaptation of junior high school students in recent years is not optimistic.Studies have initially revealed that sports can have a positive impact on people's social adaptability,but it is unclear how different types of sports,especially collective sports and individual sports,have different effects on the social adaptability of junior high school students.This study will compare and analyze the impact of group and individual sports extracurricular physical training on the social adaptability of junior high school students.The purpose is to reveal the impact of collective and individual sports events on various dimensions of junior high school students' social adaptability and the impact of both.Differences provide theoretical and practical guidance for more comprehensive and effective training of junior high school students' social adaptability through physical exercise.In order to accomplish the above-mentioned research purposes and tasks,this research mainly adopts the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,case analysis method,mathematical statistics method to carry out the research.research shows:1 The junior high school students who participated in the after-school training of the team team of the collective sports project have significantly improved compared with ordinary students in the six dimensions of social adaptability: interpersonal relationship,learning adaptation,behavior norms,emotional control,environmental adaptation,and life adaptation.The training of group sports helps to improve the social adaptability of junior high school students.2 The junior high school students who participated in the extracurricular training of the school team of individual sports events have significantly improved compared with ordinary students in the six dimensions of social adaptability: interpersonal relationship,learning adaptation,behavior norms,emotional control,environmental adaptation,and life adaptation.Personal sports training can help improve the social adaptability of junior high school students.3 Compared with the junior high school students who participated in the after-school training of the individual sports school team,the junior high school students who participated in the after-school training of the collective sports school school team improved more significantly in the dimensions of social adaptability,interpersonal relationship and environmental adaptation,and in other dimensions.The improvement is not significant.The effect of participating in group sports training on improving junior high school students' interpersonal relationship and environmental adaptability is more significant than participating in individual sports training.
