The new curriculum standard vigorously advocates the improvement of students'social adaptability,but in the implementation of physical education,we find that "promoting students' social adaptability" is not only a new topic,but also a difficult problem in physical education curriculum and teaching.In this paper,the use of a new sport cheerleading,experimental intervention on students,for the reform and development of physical education curriculum and teaching reform in-depth promotion and implementation of specific reference;but also for the sustainable development of Cheerleading a force.This paper studies the effect of 16 weeks of Cheerleading teaching on junior middle school students' social adaptability in different grades and gender.This paper adopts the Social Adaptation Scale for Middle School Students compiled by Fu Maoshang and Jia Linbin,and tests the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.The experimental classes of three grades were tested before the experiment.After 48 hours of Cheerleading teaching,the experimental classes of three grades in the experimental group were tested after the experiment.The proportion of men and women in the experimental class was roughly the same.After statistical analysis,the comparison of the scores of the scale before and after cheerleading teaching in the experimental group shows that there are differences in the total scale and the scale among all the students in the experimental group.The results of comparison before and after the experiment show that there are differences in the total scale of each grade,and there are differences in the sub-scale of each grade.Generally speaking,cheerleading teaching improves the five dimensions of junior high school students' self-awareness,social interaction adaptation,frustration tolerance,learning adaptation and interpersonal relationship within the school,which has significant significance;family environment adaptation has also been improved,but not significant.The improvement of interpersonal relationship in Grade 7 is greater than that in grade 9,and the improvement of learning adaptability is greater than that in grade 8;the improvement of frustration tolerance and social communication adaptability in Grade 8 is greater than that in grade 7;the improvement of self-consciousness and family environment adaptability in Grade 8 is greater than that in grade 9;and the improvement of frustration tolerance and learning adaptability in Grade 9 is greater than that in Grade 7 and grade 8.The results of the scale scores before and after the experiment showed that there were differences between male and female students in the total scale of social adaptation and all the scales before and after the exercise(P<0.05);the changes of female students in the scales of learning adaptation,self-awareness,social communication awareness and interpersonal relationship in school were greater than those of male students.Based on the analysis of the above results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Through 16-week experiment,the overall social adaptability of junior high school students in the experimental group has improved to some extent.In addition,it has a positive effect on improving junior high school students' social adaptability,self-awareness,family environment adaptability,interpersonal relationship,social communication ability and frustration tolerance.(2)Cheerleading teaching has a good effect on all grades,but the influence of each grade is different.For seventh-grade students,the change of environment and the increase of learning content urgently require seventh-grade students to improve their learning adaptability and social communication ability to adapt to the new learning and living environment;for eighth-grade students,it is mainly to awaken and improve their self-awareness to constantly improve their sustainable development;for ninth-grade students,it is mainly to alleviate the study of the entrance examination.Work pressure and improve the endurance of setbacks after failures in various examinations.(3)Cheerleading teaching has a positive effect on the social adaptability of junior middle school students of different genders.Cheerleading teaching has a good effect on different genders,and the effect of girls is higher than that of boys.First of all,from the project characteristics,girls should be good at boys,more cooperative than boys,in addition,girls' psychological and physiological development is earlier than boys,so the situation is better than boys.Through cheerleading teaching,students learn from each other and help each other,which has a positive effect on forming a positive,enterprising,optimistic and cheerful attitude towards life.
