The middle school stage is an important period of the students' stage.Through reading the relevant literature,the author finds that the junior middle school students,especially the junior middle school students in the junior middle school and the junior high school students,have a poor learning adaptability.Previous studies mostly concentrated in the level of learning research,adaptation phenomenon influence learning adaptability factors,special groups of students' learning adaptability research,experimental study on small number of intervention on middle school students' learning adaptability,so this research uses SFBT technology,through the professional methods of social work team work,there are the problem of learning adaptability of group intervention.The working group to improve the learning adaptability of junior high school students,on the basis of previous studies,the characteristics of the system analysis of each group member,to set the group to link,a member of the team played a positive role in learning adaptability.Learning adaptability test mainly compiled by Professor Chou "the study"(AAT),test anxiety scale(TAS),general self-efficacy scale(GSES)evaluation,the full range of team members due to poor learning adaptability,to solve the problem,formulate the corresponding design an antidote against the disease,time management and learning plan the establishment,training and perseverance to alleviate test anxiety of three units,a total of 6 group activities,and at the end of group activities,again after the test,through the comparative analysis before and after experimental data show that after the group counseling intervention,team learning adaptability is improved in different degrees,test anxiety all relieved,learning conditions showed a good momentum of development,most of the members have made progress in learning.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: first,SFBT group counseling can effectively improve the learning adaptability of middle school students.Second,SFBT group counseling can effectively improve the academic ability of middle school students.Third,SFBT group counseling can effectively alleviate the test anxiety of middle school students.
