With the development of economic globalization,the cooperation between regional and intra regional,and the comparative advantage are increasingly important.The integration of regional development is the inevitable trend of the future.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has long been a very close relationship in the economic,geographical and cultural.And their collaborative development history can be traced back to the early stages of reform and development.Especially the year of 2014 is a landmark in the history of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development process,the general secretary Xi Jinping hosted the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development forum.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development had been to rise to the height of the national strategy.By 2015,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development plan was introduced,marking the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei entered into the stage to promote the implementation of the overall plan.Human resources as the first resource to promote economic development,in the process of collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,its effective collaboration and development are becoming increasingly important.At the same time,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as one of China's three metropolitan economic circle,where the talent gathered.What about the effect of talent agglomeration in recent years in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region? Which factors are affecting the flow of talent? How to make the collaboration and allocation of resources to achieve the effect of “1+1>2”? The research on these issues has important theoretical significance under the background of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development.It also has an important practical reference value for the talent development policy of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region.The research summarizes the talent agglomeration theory and research status at home and abroad,as the theoretical basis of research.At the same time,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development background had been analyzed,as the realistic foundation of the research.Then put forward the operation mode of talent agglomeration,constructs the evaluation index system by using research methods of component analysis,with the collection of relevant data.The talent agglomeration effect of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is evaluated by comparing the vertical and horizontal,and the conclusion is drawn.Then put forward the talent agglomeration mechanism strategy and security system to promote the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.This research provides the data reference and countermeasures for the improvement of the talent work and the overall competitiveness of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
