Research On The Fine Management Of Logistics In Universities

Driven by the rapid development of economy and culture,Chinese higher education has achieved great leap forward development and formed the typical Chinese characteristic higher education system and scale.In recent years,the scale of enrollment keeps rising and stays high.It has become the largest higher education in the world.The healthy development of higher education is inseparable from the strong support and guarantee of university logistics.With the rapid development of the reform of logistics socialization in colleges and universities,social public welfare and market economy have become the prominent characteristics of logistics in colleges and universities.This requires that logistics not only provide perfect services,but also realize scientific management,achieve the purpose of service education,and pay attention to service quality while ensuring economic benefits.In the new era,with the rapid development of domestic economy,the wage level and price have been greatly increased,and the logistics operation cost of colleges and universities has been continuously rising.The logistics work of colleges and universities is facing new challenges.The extensive traditional management mode with high investment and low efficiency can no longer meet the requirements of the development of higher education and the socialization of logistics.In the new era,the logistics of colleges and universities must explore new scientific management mode and learn advanced management experience in combination with their own actual situation.To further strengthen the logistics support service,improve the service level and quality,increase the efficiency of resource allocation and reduce the management cost,the logistics support service should be started with the fine management,and then reform and develop towards the fine direction.This subject takes Wenzhou University as the research object.On the one hand,a great number of relevant literatures have been consulted to learn and use for reference of the achievements and experience of predecessors in the field of refined logistics management in colleges and universities.On the other hand,conducting systematic investigation and research in all departments of logistics group of Wenzhou University to grasp reliable data and latest policy trends.In view of the current situation of logistics management: the logistics managers are not clear about their rights and responsibilities,the staff are not active,the execution is not strong,and the service satisfaction of teachers and students is not high.Through analysis and sorting out,it is found that in the process of implementing refined management in logistics of Wenzhou University,there are mainly problems such as unclear management objectives,limited rights of management,lack of training of employees,lack of vitality of logistics team,and nonstandard work process.Based on the quasi-public product theory,Taylor's scientific management theory and Deming's quality management theory,these problems and their underlying causes were investigated scientifically in this paper.The result shows that the causes of these problems are: 1)unclear management boundary and refined management concept,2)imperfect training system,3)imperfect salary system and performance appraisal,4)inadequate monitoring and supervision system.Based on this,according to the current situation of logistics in Wenzhou University,this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and specific implementation plans and measures.First of all,the concept of fine management should be deepened to guide actions with ideas;Second,a more professional employee training system should be established to improve the quality and professional skills of employees,especially to build a scientific and reasonable salary system and incentive mechanism to improve work enthusiasm;in addition,a self-monitoring and external monitoring mechanism within the group should be established to strengthen the whole process supervision and control.Through this research,the logistics management level and service quality of Wenzhou University have been significantly improved,which provided reference programs and measures for the further promotion of refined logistics management in colleges and universities,with important reference value.
