A Study On The Influence Of Public Sports Service Accessibility On Residents' Sense Of Gain

In the context of the new era,adhering to the development concept of "people-centered" and enhancing people's sense of gain are the starting point and goal of building a sports power and deepening sports reform in the new era.In view of the current structural contradiction between the supply and demand of public sports services,improving the accessibility of public sports services is not only the internal requirement to strengthen the equalization of public sports services,but also the proper meaning to strengthen and meet the diverse,diversified and multi-level public sports service demands of the public and comprehensively improve the people's sense of gain.This study attempts to explore the path and mechanism of the influence of the accessibility of public sports services on residents' sense of acquisition,and puts forward useful references on how to give full play to the social functions of public sports services and improve people's access.Based on this,this study mainly conducted a questionnaire survey on 845 residents aged 18 and above in six districts of Shanghai,conducted data analysis and theoretical discussion on the impact of public sports service availability on residents' sense of acquisition,mechanism and functional performance,and reached the following conclusions:(1)At present,sports projects and venues of Shanghai residents are diversified,and the proportion of sports population and sports consumption capacity need to be further improved.(2)At present,Shanghai residents have good geographical accessibility and satisfaction with public sports services,but poor public sports service perception and use frequency.Among them,public sports venues and facilities are in good condition,and social sports instructors are in the worst condition.In general,the accessibility of public sports services in Shanghai is unbalanced and inadequate at present,and the adaptability between the supply of public sports services and the actual needs of the public needs to be further improved.(3)At present,Shanghai residents' sense of gain is good in five aspects: economy,basic rights,personal achievements,quality of life and basic social security.In addition,the overall score of sense of gain is above average,but the average score of sense of economic gain is lower than that of other four aspects.Compared with male and non-local residents,female and Shanghai residents have a higher sense of gain.The average monthly income and the frequency of physical activity have significant positive effects on residents' sense of gain.(4)The accessibility of public sports services has a significant positive effect on improving residents' sense of gain.But the function of the public sports services to enhance the sense of gain clearly differentiated as "strong—weak—no" three levels,facilities and physical monitoring function significantly better than the breadth and intensity of sports activities and sports information consultation,and social sports organizations,social sports instructors,and sporting events three current service without significant positive influence on improve the sense of gain,the function of public sports service accessibility play the characteristics of the general imbalance,inadequate.(5)The public sports service accessibility enhance the sense of gain of path,the public sports service availability have a direct positive effect on the sense of gain,and exist in health and social mentality as intermediary variable partial mediation effect.Based on the research conclusions and the basic principle of people-centered,the following Suggestions are proposed:(1)System optimization: to improve the new pattern of public sports development featuring multi-subject cooperation.Improving cooperation among diverse subjects and build a development pattern of "great sports".Strengthening effective oversight and improve the security system.(2)Accurate decision-making: to build a people-centered decision-making mechanism for public sports services.Constructing public participation mechanism and opening up information feedback channel;improving the people-centered performance evaluation system for public sports services.(3)Innovative ways: explore accurate and effective public sports services to build new formats.Actively promote science and technology to promote sports,and build "smart" public sports services;enrich the content and forms of public sports services,and further stimulate people's awareness of sports participation.
