An Study On Physical Activity Intervention Of Elderly People In Urban Community Based On The Persuasive Design Model

According to the data of the sixth national population census,the population aged 60 and above accounted for 13.26% of the total population in China,2.93 percentage points higher than that of the 2000 census,among which the population aged 65 and above accounted for 8.87%,1.91 percentage points higher than that of the 2000 census,far exceeding the standard of population aging stipulated by the United Nations.Facing a series of social problems caused by the aging of the population,how to play a positive role of sports on the aging of the population is worth attention.Based on persuasive model as the theoretical basis,constructs the city community physical activity intervention model in the elderly,the elderly physical activity intervention motivation,ability and level,to change the motivation of the elderly to participate in physical activity,enhance the capacity of participating in physical activity body,thus improve the level of city community physical activity in the elderly and the effect of ability,plays a positive role to promote community atmosphere of healthy aging.In this paper,30 elderly people in the second community,shiguang road,changhai road,yangpu district,Shanghai,were selected as experimental subjects by means of literature review,interview,questionnaire survey,experiment and mathematical statistics,and the intervention was conducted for a period of 3 months.The intervention methods were mainly group intervention and supplemented by individual intervention.The forms of group intervention include sports health lectures,sports health seminars,sports health brochures,sports training courses and sports monitoring.Individual intervention includes recommending suitable books for the elderly,individual motivation interviews and health logs,as well as training and guidance for the problems existing in group intervention.The experimental results are as follows:1)Comparison of physical activity levels before and after the intervention: before and after the intervention,high level of activity and total physical activity in a week in the elderly significantly increased,showing a very significant difference(p<0.01).There was a significant change in walking(low level)activity in the elderly,but it was not statistically significant(p>0.05).The high level of activity and the total amount of physical activity in one week were significantly different in the elderly women than before the intervention(p<0.01).There were significant changes in walking activity(low level),middle and high level activity,and total physical activity in one week compared with that before the intervention,but there was no statistical significance(p>0.05).The total physical activity of the elderly aged 60-64 years and 65-69 years in one week significantly increased,showing a very significant difference(p<0.01).There was a significant change in total physical activity of the elderly over 70 years old in one week,but it was not statistically significant(p>0.05).2)The ability of physical activity compared before and after the intervention,intervention after the elderly physical activity ability were increased,compared with before,embodied in endurance ability(p<0.01),the upper body strength ability(p<0.01),lower limb power capacity(p<0.01),balance(p<0.01),upper limbs flexibility(p<0.01),lower limbs flexibility(p<0.01),statistically significant difference(p<0.05).3)Physical activity motivation compared before and after the intervention,intervention after the elderly physical activity motives have obvious change,compared with before,the specific performance as "better health,physical,social,entertainment," such as abstract motive into "improve the body balance,flexibility,improve sleep quality,enhance the capacity of body movement,reduce physical discomfort" and other specific motivation.Conclusion:1)The intervention of physical activity for 12 weeks can effectively improve the physical cognition of the elderly,change the motivation of daily physical activity participation,and make it more specific,which is conducive to daily physical activity participation.2)The intervention of physical activity for 12 weeks can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary endurance,upper and lower limb muscle strength,balance ability and joint flexibility of the upper and lower limbs of the elderly,which has a positive effect on improving the physical quality of the elderly.3)The intervention of physical activity for 12 weeks can effectively improve the participation rate of physical activity and the amount of physical activity of moderate intensity in the elderly,which can promote the improvement of physical activity level.Advice:1)Strengthen physical education cognition of the elderly and clarify behavioral motivation2)Enrich sports resources for the elderly and reduce skill requirements3)Improve the community sports service system and organize diversified sports activities for the elderly...
