With the continuous development of economic society and science and technology,more and more social problems also emerge.In recent years,as the market of health care products is gradually expanding,the problem of health care product fraud for the elderly is becoming more and more prominent,which has attracted wide attention from all walks of life.To better protect the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly,the relevant functional departments and social organizations should take positive action,and social work should also provide necessary assistance for the elderly's health care fraud.This thesis focuses on the problem of community elderly people suffering from health care product fraud,with the involvement of social work,as the research direction,takes S community in Shenzhen as the research object,and carries out a practical research on group work to improve community elderly people's anti-health care product fraud awareness.What main methods will be used in this paper are questionnaire investigation,interview method and group social work method to research the data collection.First of all,according to the research that the elderly people S community in Shenzhen suffer from the health care fraud,we know that 28.57% of the elderly people are defrauded due to buying health supplements;Secondly,from the perspective of demand and cognition,this paper analyzes the causes of health care product fraud among the elderly in S community in Shenzhen,and concludes that health care product fraud among the elderly in S community is related to the demand factors and cognition of the elderly.Demand factors mainly include health needs,emotional needs,activity participation needs and community integration needs.By analyzing the cognition of health care products and health care culture of the elderly in the community from the cognitive level,it can be concluded that the awareness of health care products is relatively low and there is a lack of anti-fraud awareness.Furthermore,raising the awareness of community elderly against health care product fraud is an important way to solve the problem of health care product fraud,and is also the main direction of social work into health care product fraud.Therefore,based on the data obtained,10 community elderly to carry out group work to practice activities with the support of interactive model and cognitive behavior theory,which improved the community elderly's cognition of health care products and anti-health care product fraud awareness.The methods of observation,interview and satisfaction survey were used to evaluate the changes of team members and the achievement of team goals.After the case was concluded,follow-up observation and evaluation were carried out on the team members,and the conclusion was that the team members' awareness of anti-health product fraud was actually improved.Finally,several Suggestions for social work to intervene in health care product fraud were put forward: first,to provide professional services to meet the needs of the elderly;second,to provide professional companions to solve the problem of elderly patients;Third,to strengthen the health management of the elderly,and to improve the health level of the elderly;Fourth,strengthen to the cultural education of health care products and raise the awareness of the culture of health care of the whole people.Fifth,to fulfill the professional role of social workers and promote the establishment and improvement of supervision mechanism;Sixth,to promote the professional development of social work and assist the construction of old-age service standards;Seventh,to integration of social service resources,promote the anti-health products fraud project operation.
