Study On Physical Education Safety Education And Management In Colleges And Universities

With the deepening of the new era of national fitness and health in China,sports are getting more and more attention and love,sports life is an important process to improve the quality of life of modern people.College students,as an important part of China's sports population,shoulder an important historical mission and responsibility,while the youth is strong in China.However,in recent years,the sports safety accidents in colleges and universities around the country have not only affected the enthusiasm of college students to participate in physical training,but also seriously affected the teaching of physical education in colleges and universities.To this end,the education department,universities,parents and so on caused widespread discussion and concern.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out sports safety education and management in ordinary colleges and universities,on the one hand,it can enhance students' safety awareness,improve students' self-protection and ability to help others,on the other hand,we can strengthen the reform of physical education teaching in colleges and universities,innovate teaching methods and means,and improve the quality of personnel training.Physical safety education plays an important role and value both theoretically and practically.Based on the research object of physical safety education and management in 12 ordinary colleges and universities in Shenyang,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of physical safety education in Shenyang universities by means of literature,investigation and interview,and draws the following conclusions of this study:(1)5.1.1 Sports safety accidents among college students in Shenyang general colleges and universities are on the rise,50% of college students have had sports accidents that have been injured;The damage is mainly in the lower extremities,followed by the torso and head.More injuries are bruises,sprains and pulls;The specific time of injury is the highest proportion of exercise,followed by the lowest proportion of pre-exercise injuries.(2)Shenyang General College Department and leaders,teachers and students pay high attention to the issue of physical safety education,sports safety knowledge publicity is mainly carried out by physical education teachers,physical education teachers think that physical education safety knowledge education training is very important,but many colleges and universities are lack of teachers of this kind of education training Physical education teachers teach the most physical safety knowledge mainly by sports common sense,prevention of injuries and physical protection methods and skills,rehabilitation knowledge is relatively small,students master the general degree;Neither teachers nor students have few opportunities to evaluate the education and management of physical safety in schools,which cannot improve the level of physical education education and management in colleges and universities.(3)There are still five problems in the education and management of sports safety in ordinary colleges and universities in Shenyang,such as imperfect rules and regulations,imperfect organizational security system,lack of sports safety education and training,little supervision of sports safety,and low level of medical treatment.(4)The causes of sports safety accidents in shenyang universities are mainly human factors,material factors and management factors.The human factor is mainly reflected in the physical education teacher's sense of responsibility is not strong,the organization of teaching is weak,students' own safety awareness is poor,violation of classroom requirements,etc.,the material factor is due to the equipment worn,low per capita physical possession rate caused by crowding,management factors mainly reflect the university management system is not perfect,teaching management is not strict,students self-management constraints are not strong.
