Study On The Influence Of Latin Dance Teaching On The Physical Quality Of Girls In Jiguang High School In Shanghai In Different Programs

In the past decades,Sports Dance has developed rapidly since it was introduced to China,especially Latin dance.Related training courses were popular among people.In Shanghai,many universities have opened elective courses on Sports Dance.Middle schools also began to add Sports Dance to the physical education curriculum.As a combination of sports and art,this programme has a positive effect on physical and psychological quality of middle school students.This study was carried out in Shanghai Jiguang Senior Middle School.In the study,60 students were divided into regular teaching group(n =20),combined teaching group(n =20)and control group(n =20).Literature method,experiment method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method were used.The regular teaching group used the routine teaching plan,the combination teaching group used plan two,which means each class practiced three kinds of dances,the control group carried on the normal physical education course.Latin dance intervention was carried out in regular teaching group and combined teaching group for 16 weeks,4 times a week,45 minutes per class,and the control group only completed normal physical education classes.Results:(1)The scores of 800 meters race in the routine teaching group were significantly improved after experimental intervention,with p-value equals to 0.03<0.05.The p-value of 50 m race was 0.04<0.05,which indicated that the experimental intervention was significantly improved.After intervention,the p-value of 15 seconds cross jump was 0.002<0.01,which was improved.There was no significant difference in the remaining indicators.(2)The p-value of the mixed teaching group's 50 m race was 0.03<0.05,indicating a significant improvement after experimental intervention.After intervention,the p-value of 15 seconds cross jump was 0.003<0.01,which was improved.There was no significant difference in the remaining indicators.(3)There were significant differences in endurance quality 800 meters compared with mixed teaching group,p.05,and no significant difference smage in the remaining indicators.(4)The mixed teaching group before and after the experiment was higher than the conventional teaching group in terms of the increase of interest.Conclusion:(1)Latin dance teaching has a significant effect on the physical fitness of high school girls.(2)The regular Latin dance teaching group and the mixed Latin dance teaching group have a catalytic effect on the speed quality and sensitive quality of high school girls.(3)The mixed teaching program plays a significant role in promoting the improvement of the endurance quality of high school girls,and improves the physical fitness of the high school girls in a more effective and comprehensive way.(4)The mixed teaching program has a positive influence on the physical education learning attitude of high school girls,and effectively enhances students' interest in learning.
