At present,the 3x3 basketball has entered the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games as a formal competition.In order to better develop the 3x3 basketball in our country and achieve good results in the future international competitions,a deeper study on this competition from the characteristics of the game load and a clearer understanding of the game load will play a positive role in the Chinese female 3x3 basketball team,which is actively preparing for and striving for the honor of the Tokyo Olympic Games,and will be beneficial to the popularization and development of the 3x3 basketball in China.Purposes: this study explores 3x3 basketball unique game load features,put forward strategies according to the results of data indicators,so as to better serve 3x3 basketball training and competition to provide some theoretical and practical experience for reference,3x3 basketball practical and effective training plan,more effectively guide the training and competition,to enhance the level of Chinese 3x3 basketball.At the same time,it also provides the basis for the research of game load of other similar ball sports.Perfect Chinese 3x3 basketball theory system,promote fast development,Bring qualitative change to the development of Chinese 3x3 basketball,not only attract more potential people to participate in the 3x3 basketball,also help boost the confidence of the team to prepare for the Olympics,make our country's 3x3 basketball continue to rapid development scientifically.Methods: This research starting from the actual needs of competition and training,mainly uses the literature material method,video analysis,survey method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,through the use of "SIMI Scout " and "Polar Team Pro" on the national female 3x3 basketball team and U23 team's game load is measured in international and infra team competitions,In order to explore the differences between 3x3 basketball and traditional basketball,the difference between adult and youth groups in 3x3 basketball and the load characteristics in the game,so as to fully understand the project load characteristics of3x3 basketball and the optimal training scheme of 3x3 basketball players.Conclusions:1.In the elite female 3x3 basketball game,the total duration of the game is short,the interruption time of violation and free throw is short,the corresponding rest buffer time is short,the game density is high,the players' average playing time is long,and the game load and load intensity within the time is large;The total running distance in the 3x3 basketball game is short,and the running load intensity under the strong confrontation in a small range is large.The high frequency of shooting and jumping per unit time in the game reflects the intensity of the game and the high proportion of high-intensity load sports,which requires the quick recovery ability after high-intensity activities.At the same time,the players also continuously bear a high physiological load intensity during the game.2.The elite female 3x3 basketball competition is dominated by aerobic energy supply of medium and low strength.Compared with five player basketball,high-speed running without oxygen and high strength accounts for a high proportion,including alarge number of fast break,high-speed breakthrough,rebounding and so on.Such technology often has short time and large load,and the energy supply of phosphoric acid system and electrolysis system accounts for a relatively high proportion,with short recovery time;The pace of the game is fast,with an average of one attack or defense every 15 s,which reflects the speed and rhythm of the 3x3 basketball game.The average heart rate is above 157 times/min,which belongs to a large intensity range.The heart rate of some players can reach above 200 times/min.The proportion of high intensity load is high.3.There is no significant difference between the running distance,running speed,basic action times and heart rate level in the competition between the adult basketball team and the youth team.The main reason for the long time of the youth team but the lower competition density is that there are more violations and less technical level.The frequency and frequency of attack and defense conversion of youth team is significantly higher than that of adult team,so the load of youth team in the process of attack and defense is higher than that of adult team.At the same time,because the youth team in the game with slow dribble for position as the main strategy,recovery time is relatively long,the game load intensity is lower than the adult team.Suggestion:1.We should strengthen the training of anaerobic electrolysis and energy supply ability while improving the aerobic ability.2.All coaches and players should carefully study the characteristics of competition load,and monitors the training load in real time,strengthens the observation and analysis of the characteristics of the normal training load of the basketball team,feeds back and regulates the training,formulates a more reasonable training plan,and increases the rationality and Scientology of the training.3.At present,the research on the mental load of three basketball players is not enough.Although the measurement methods and accuracy of mental load are gradually improving,there is still a lack of a simple and easy test method to accurately measure the mental load of players in the game.The indicators,methods and techniques of mental load measurement need to be improved.
