| The health of the people is an important foundation for economic development,which is related to the prosperity of the country and the prosperity of the nation.As an important force of national reserve talents,students should be concerned about their physical health.Facing the dilemma and dilemma of current students 'physical health,it is inevitable to incorporate health education into the national education system.With the help of physical education and health education to rebuild cognition,establish beliefs,and guide behaviors,and other effective means,it will achieve the fundamental improvement of students' physical health purpose.However,it is worth pondering and exploring how to accurately grasp the role of various elements of physical exercise and establish a connection with issues related to physical health.In order to effectively explore the relationship between physical exercise-related elements and physical health problems of students in China,this study will describe the current situation and explore the relationship by understanding the current physical exercise knowledge,attitudes,behaviors and BMI of students,in order to improve students' overweight and obesity.The problem is to find a way to improve students' physical health.This research adopts research methods such as literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method.The research object is the relationship between physical exercise knowledge,attitude,behavior and BMI of Shanghai high school students.The survey sample was launched for research.The survey results are as follows: 1)Shanghai high school students' general knowledge of physical exercise,good physical exercise attitude,low participation in physical exercise behavior,high overweight and obesity students;2)physical exercise Knowledge,attitude,and behavior have significant differences between different BMI groups,and there is a significant negative correlation between physical exercise knowledge,behavior,and BMI;3)Physical exercise knowledge and attitude have predictive functions on physical exercise behavior.In order to solve the problems of physical exercise knowledge,attitude and behavior of high school students in Shanghai,promote the healthy development of BMI,reduce the rate of overweight and obesity,and propose countermeasures in three aspects:First,the level of physical exercise knowledge: strengthen the teaching of physical exercise knowledge and improve students' cognition.By rationally arranging the time and form of physical exercise knowledge teaching,enriching the channels of knowledge input,strengthening students 'systematic and full knowledge of physical exercise,and eliminating the situation of students have no attitude because they have no knowledge.Strengthen teachers 'health education and training,promote three-dimensional teaching,and form interventions to promote students' physical health.Second,the attitude of physical exercise: build a dual-track parallel mechanism of school education and home education to strengthen attitude transformation.By integrating and allocating school sports resources,it is a good foundation for the development of family sports.At the same time,play the role of family sports,actively cooperate with and respond to the call of school sportsThird,physical exercise behavior level: establish scientific fitness awareness,improve student sports files,and cultivate sports habits.By formulating a sports plan,incorporating student sports reports into personal files,implementing regular assessments,and recording student sports results in individual overall assessments,a three-dimensional mechanism of school-led,family participation,and individual adherence is formed to gradually establish long-term sports habits.To sum up,the related research on the theory of physical exercise,knowledge,belief and action is still in the initial stage in China.There are relatively few research results and cases that can be used for reference in this study.The research indicators may lack depth and breadth and need further discussion.In the subsequent research,we can conduct further verification and analysis of the theory of KAP,and conduct in-depth research with physical health,sports health education and other aspects,so as to improve students' physical fitness,optimize physical education,and help achieve healthy China.To sum up,the related research on the theory of physical exercise,knowledge,belief and action is still in the initial stage in China.There are relatively few research results and cases that can be used for reference in this study.The research indicators may lack depth and breadth and need further discussion.In the subsequent research,we can conduct further verification and analysis of KAP,and conduct in-depth research with physical health,sports health education and other aspects,so as to improve students' physical fitness,optimize physical education,and help achieve healthy China. |
