Research University Social Sports Training Guidance And Management Professionals And Social Needs Of Hunan Province

With the further development and deepening of China’s political, economic, andcultural national fitness program, national health consciousness gradually increased,increasing the demand for bodybuilding, entertainment, health care and other socialrehabilitation of sports activities every year. This will inevitably lead to increasingsocial demand for sports-related personnel, to meet the needs of the community,Hunan fifteen universities have opened the guidance and management of the socialsports professional.Theoretical analysis of the situation based on the needs of society, social sportsprofessional employment guidance and management should be in short supplysituation in Hunan Province. But through the creation of the professional part ofHunan Province, universities and graduate survey found that the employment situationis not optimistic. Therefore, only in-depth research problems in order to guide theuniversity to adjust educational ideas to improve the employment rate.In this study, university social sports professional guidance and training modeland talent management market demand for an investigation in Hunan, the use ofliterature, expert interviews, questionnaires, logical analysis, mathematical statistics,research methods. The survey found that the current enrollment in a professional andstable development period, but most of the public universities that target a wide rangeof professional training exists, the lack of professional features, curriculum andother issues are not prominent features, the survey also found that some schoolsteaching conditions and teachers can not meet the teaching requirements existenceconditions. Findings that social demands, needs more professional counterparts arevarious sports and fitness center, and various institutions in Hunan (includingschools) are basically no demand for the professional. Our analysis shows that allcolleges and universities in personnel training should focus on training students thebasic knowledge, basic skills and overall quality, in order to enhance students’ personal development potential and practical ability, and the process should be incareers interview skills training for students, graduates students should change theirconcepts, improve the overall quality, enhance the understanding of the employmentpolicies and employment forms. In order to solve the above problems, this studyproposes the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures. In order to achieve thepromotion of the healthy development of the profession, training of qualifiedpersonnel needs of the community and promote the purpose of student employment,and provide a theoretical basis and a useful reference for the professional curriculumreform and construction.
