With the rapid advance of "made in China 2025" work,strengthening the construction of industrial engineering and the training of specialists in the field of industrial engineering become a important guarantee for transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.However,in the aspect of industrial engineering personnel training in colleges and universities,there exist many problems.For example,training goal and professional orientation is not clear,the irrational proportion of knowledge structure,unreasonable structure of teaching staff,and the single form of teaching practice and so on,These problems make the industrial engineering personnel training system is not sound,and talent training quality is uneven,which lead to serious disobey from the effect of talent training and the social demand,causing the lack of graduates' employment and human resources market,etc.Therefore,how to establish proper industrial engineering personnel training mode in order to meet the social needs become the important subject to be solved for government,society and colleges.In this paper,factor clustering analysis was used to study the index factors of the social demand of talents in industrial engineering,and the comprehensive evaluation model of the training quality of industrial engineering talents was established by using the principal component analysis method,on the basis of this,new pattern of industrial engineering classification of talent training is put forward which is “scientific research type and practical business type,composite type”.Main contents include:(1)The social demand of talents in industrial engineering is analyzed.Through investigating the social need of talents of the Industrial manufacturing enterprises,this paper refines the social demand index factors of the industrial engineering specialty in Colleges and Universities using factor analysis and cluster analysis.And then,makethe further statistical analysis to the training quality of the professional students of a University.(2)Construct the evaluation system of talents training in industrial engineering.By the result analysis of social need of industrial engineering,this paper establishes the evaluation system of talent training quality of industrial engineering based on evaluation system of current teaching in universities,selects some universities as samples,and builds a comprehensive model of talent training quality using principal component analysis by SPSS.(3)A new industrial engineering talent training classification model with ‘research type,enterprise-application type and integrated type' is proposed.On the basis of the above research,this paper puts forward the industrial engineering personnel training mode,it is by the scientific research type,application type and compound type talent management three demand-oriented.Moreover,the paper detailed describes the every kind of talent cultivation model.Among them,because the compound type talents possess strong ability to adapt to society.Therefore,it is the main direction of industrial engineering professional future talent.The research results show that the new model of industrial engineering personnel training is conducive to improve the system of talents training in colleges,improve the quality of personnel training and cultivate composite talents to meet the needs of the society,at the same time,it has enriched the theory of university personnel training,which provides reference for other disciplines and professional personnel training.
