In the background of the integration of "national fitness" and "national health",in the strategy of speeding up the development of sports industry and promoting sports consumption,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the curriculum of social sports guidance and management.The purpose of this study is to analyze the current situation of the curriculum of social sports guidance and management in Jiangsu colleges and universities according to the professional standards of social sports guidance and management professionals and the demand for professional ability,and to find out the characteristics and existing problems of the development of social sports guidance and management courses in Jiangsu Province,and put forward the future course construction.The countermeasures provide theoretical and practical reference for the training of social sports guidance and management talents in Jiangsu province.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)In the relationship between the supply and demand of Jiangsu social sports guidance and management professionals,there is no prominent contradiction in the professional competence structure,but there is no consensus on the level of professional ability.(2)The training objectives of Jiangsu social sports guidance and management professionals are "professionals" in priority to "generalists".(3)The curriculum objectives and syllabuses of social sports guidance and management in Jiangsu are not unified,and there is no advanced unified teaching material.(4)In the theoretical course of social sports guidance and management in Jiangsu colleges and universities,there are many required courses,and the elective and compulsory courses are not only less,but also small,and lack the connection with the required courses.In general,there is a lack of comprehensive research,social investigation and special research courses in Jiangsu colleges and universities in order to exercise,improve and test the comprehensive ability of the students of social sports guidance and management.(5)The technical courses of the sports guidance and management specialty in Jiangsu colleges and universities are not very different from those in the professional areas of the sports education,but the teaching methods are slightly less than those of the physical education major,and they lack the courses and practice specialized for the social groups.(6)The social sports guidance and management specialty faces a wide range of practice fields,and the practice curriculum is very difficult.The practice course of social sports guidance and management specialty in Jiangsu is mainly internship,but the diversity of internship units leads to loose form.Compared with primary and secondary schools,the practice units of social sports guidance and management are also lack of rich experience in docking practice.(7)On the basis of the above conclusions,from the establishment of a special administration,the allocation of professional courses,the use of dialogue,discussion,criticism,thematic research,experiment and other teaching approaches,the discussion and revision of the curriculum standards for Jiangsu social sports guidance and management,the organization of experts and a series of teaching materials for teaching.It also puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the practice of "evaluation criteria for professional practice units in guiding and managing social sports".
