In recent years,with the continued increase in the difficulty of corporate recruitment,corporate recruitment investment is getting higher and higher,but often the results are not satisfactory.In addition,as the post-90 s generation gradually became the main force in the industry,young employees not only have difficulty in managing,but also have worsening job stability.Facing this kind of environment,accurately understand the needs and motivations of employees,and help companies quickly improve their ability to recruit,so as to form sustainable development,third-party human resources companies have emerged as the times require.IG is a third-party service company specializing in human resources services.The services provided by the company include,but are not limited to: employee relationship management,personnel affairs agency,training,personnel outsourcing,job outsourcing,recruitment outsourcing and other services.Among them,recruitment outsourcing also includes other businesses related to recruitment.With the changes in the general environment,changes in employment patterns,industry trends and other aspects of tests,leading to a series of problems such as the decline in the effectiveness of Aijie's recruitment services.Therefore,this article takes Aijie's recruitment management as the research object,and uses customer surveys,data analysis,and industry comparative analysis to find out the problems in the company's recruitment process,and summarizes the reasons for the problems.Channel,process,team,system and other issues,and propose optimization plans.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of this plan,the article gives the measures to ensurethe implementation of the plan.In terms of research significance,this paper is based on the research on the improvement of the current recruitment situation of IG Company,which is not only conducive to improving the current recruitment efficiency of IG Company,but also has practical significance for enhancing the company's core competitiveness.In addition,the development and management optimization of IG's channels will also help promote the industry's efficient recruitment and matching capabilities.In the end,this article has certain reference and reference for human resources companies like Aijie.
