Since the application of new Labor Contract Law from July 31st 2013,human resource outsourcing service companies who take labor dispatch as main business speed up to transfer business focus to HR Outsourcing to get rid of shrink of dispatch service market,fierce industry competition and other difficulties.Recruitment as an important process of HRO,the service quality directly affect the implementation of company business.Therefore,the establishment of a standardized and efficient recruitment management system,improve the ability to recruit is currently one of the strategic task of most human resources firms.This article makes research by taking human resource outsourcing enterprise A Human Resource Firm in Nanjing Jiangsu province as research object and with comprehensive adoption of literary research method and case study method.Through research on industry characteristics of A Human Resource Firm and current status of recruitment management,there are many problems affecting and restricting the development of the recruitment business are founded.This article proposes optimization solutions based on problems happed in current status of recruitment management.With combination of theory and practice,this article provides certain reference to recruitment management of other human resource companies and related enterprises.
