Since the 21st century,the global talent demand has exploded.It is increasingly difficult to recruit.The new mode of human resources service has been continuously developed and adopted.More and more enterprises in China have joined the recruitment process outsourcing model.However,the application of RPO in China is relatively short and lacks relevant theoretical research.Compared with foreign countries,domestic recruitment outsourcing business is not mature enough,and there is still a big gap in development.Company A is a subsidiary of a US Human Resources Agency in China.Its RPO business is the company’s core business.Influenced by the development of modern science and technology,the COVID-19 and the company’s own management problems,company A has high staff turnover rate,decreased customer satisfaction,damaged market reputation and other problems,which need to be improved and optimized.Therefore,this paper takes Company A as the research object,and studies the current situation of recruitment outsourcing business management of Company A through case study,questionnaire survey,etc.The study found that company A has some deficiencies,such as uneven team staffing and weak ability,imperfect recruitment process,single recruitment channel,unclear employee performance appraisal,and low employee sustainable development.In this regard,this paper puts forward the improvement methods of recruitment outsourcing business management based on the development of the times and the actual situation of Company A.It includes optimizing the recruitment team,improving the recruitment process,expanding the recruitment channels and improving the company system.At the same time,in order to implement the improvement method of recruitment outsourcing business management,this paper proposes safeguard measures from human resources,information technology,system,capital and other aspects.Ensure that the improvement plan can be carried out smoothly.This paper is based on the research on the improvement of recruitment outsourcing business management of Company A,which is conducive to the improvement of RPO business recruitment efficiency,employee retention rate,customer satisfaction and market competition and influence.At the same time,it summarizes relevant industry issues and provides some improvement ideas for other similar human resources companies in China,which has certain reference and reference significance.
