The public fee teacher is a public student in the teacher education of colleges and universities.Students come from rural areas,oriented to rural areas,starting from junior high school or high school,and special education objects ranging from four to six years.Its "WPP-C" teaching design "WPP-C" refers to(WeChat Public Platform and Classroom),referred to as "WPP-C";the traditional classroom is "Classroom",referred to as "C".As a rural teacher and a rural educator,the public teachers and teachers are the main source of rural teachers.The cultivation of talents and classroom teaching are the basic work of rural education,which is of great significance to the development of rural education in China.However,the classroom teaching of public teachers and teachers is still a traditional classroom teaching mode,which can only solve the problem of common teaching and can not take into account the individualized cognition of students.How to resolve the contradiction between the traditional classroom teaching design of public teachers and the teaching design based on "WPP",realize the digital transcendence of classroom teaching design for public teachers,and form the ideal goal of "WPP-C" teaching design for public teachers,which is the current public teacher Students in the classroom design are urgently needed to solve the problem."WPP" consists of WeChat,WeChat public account and WeChat management terminal,based on WeChat but different from WeChat.Its main support functions are:highly aggregated information,accurate information push and subscription,custom response response,custom menu function,micro-site,micro-activity,statistical analysis of data.It can realize the accurate delivery of teaching content,the retrieval of keywords and the storage of knowledge,so that you can browse and save learning resources through “WPP” without downloading.Its advantages include: fast information dissemination rate,wide knowledge coverage,low resource development cost,large audience influence,dissemination of micro-content,promotion of personalized learning and real-time effect evaluation.“WPP” can build a mobile course platform by creating personal or organizational accounts,and realize intelligent management such as editing,pushing,searching,and sharing of teaching resources,and two-way interactive functions based on knowledge content.“C” mainly refers to traditional classrooms,which are places for knowledge dissemination,acquisition,internalization,generation,and sublimation.Through teaching behavior,generate knowledge,enhance wisdom,and improve personality.Classroom teaching is theoriginal function,core mission,internal indication and practice field of school education.The success or failure of classroom teaching is related to the achievement of the goal of training talents in schools and the realization of the value of education and teaching.The "WPP-C" teaching design theory of the public teacher's standard student has constructed the "WPP-C" teaching design based on the three courses of the general course "History",the local course "Art Appreciation" and "Psychological Health".The basic ideas and methods before,during and after class highlight the characteristics of the local,teacher and frontier of the "WPP-C" teaching design for public teachers,and analyze the "WPP-C" teaching design for public teachers.The advantages and limitations of the proposed improvement strategy.
