Design And Implementation Of Inner Mongolia Higher Education Quality Engineering Review System Based On Android

Inner Mongolia Higher Education Authority set up Inner Mongolia Higher Education Quality Project aiming at promoting quality of higher education in Inner Mongolia as well as development of higher education in ethnic areas,it provides professional evaluations on the excellent courses,famous teachers,newcomer in education,brand majors and teaching teams of universities in Inner Mongolia.The survey found that there are some problems with the current quality engineering review system,such as the limitations of the review work platform,the unreasonable evaluation task assignment mechanism,the low degree of automation of the review project assignment,the single and untimely manner for the review experts to receive the review notice,and the lack of statistical and analytical work on the review results,etc.In view of the above problems,this thesis designs and implements the Android-based Inner Mongolia Higher Education Quality Engineering Review System.The main work of this thesis is as follows:1.Based on the Android platform,designed and implemented the Inner Mongolia Higher Education Quality Engineering Evaluation System.The evaluation system has perfect functions,optimizes the review operation process,and uses mobile devices to complete the review work.Compared with the traditional PC system,this evaluationplatform is solved the limitations of the review platform and location;2.The author designed a “one-to-many” review task assignment mechanism,that is,one project was assigned to multiple review experts for review through an automatic assignment algorithm,which solved the cumbersome operation of the manual assign review tasks and the irrationality of the review tasks assignment;3.Combined with the current popular communication methods,the author designed and implemented the review notification function,which mainly includes SMS notification,email notification,APP mobile push and in-app message notification,so as to assist the review work in time;4.For the "one-to-many" allocation mechanism,the author uses the average score principle and sorting algorithm to design and implement the statistics and rank functions.And the data is analyzed through the chart visualization technology,which make the review results more rigorous.In summary,this thesis designs and implements the Inner Mongolia Higher Education Quality Engineering Evaluation System based on Android.The evaluation system has complete data structure,integrated functions and good performance,and can effectively realize the evaluation of Inner Mongolia higher education quality engineering.Its realization not only brings convenience to the evaluation work,but also plays an auxiliary role in improving the quality of higher education in Inner Mongolia,and has certain practical value.
