Objectives: A comparative study was conducted between overweight and obese children and normal BMI children to analyze subjective and objective factors affecting children's physical health and other environmental factors,and to construct a prediction model for children's obesity risk.To provide reference for the prevention and treatment of childhood obesity in China.Methods:By using literature analysis,expert interviews and logical analysis,the questionnaire of children's health behavior(including exercise and diet),psychological and social support was developed.The questionnaire was used to divide the subjects into overweight and obese group and normal group according to BMI level.The psychological,social and behavioral factors affecting children's overweight and obesity in the two groups were studied.Element analysis.T-test and chi-square test were used to compare the balance between groups;single-factor logistic regression was used to screen the influencing factors of overweight and obesity,and multifactor logistic regression analysis was used to establish regression equation;after conversion of correction constant term and formula,risk prediction model of overweight and obesity in children was established;Homer-Lemeshow goodness-offit test and regression test were used to validate the model.The accuracy and Kappa coefficient are used to determine the validation effect of the model.Result:(1)For children,among the factors affecting their overweight and obesity,low-fat food intake accounted for the largest weight,followed by physical exercise and fruit and vegetable intake,and the smallest weight was to reduce household activities.P1=E(4.101-0.364low-fat food-0.387 fruit and vegetable-0.344 physical exercise-0.261 reduce sedentary)/1+E(4.101-0.364low-fat food-0.387 fruit and vegetable-0.344 physical exercise-0.261 educe sedentary)(2)For boys,the weight of physical exercise is the largest,followed by low-fat food intake and fruit and vegetable intake,and the weight of reducing homestead is the smallest.P2=E(3.791-0.319low-fatfood-0.228fruitandvegetable-0.3264physicalexercise-0.217reducesedentary)/1+E(3.791-0.319low-fat food-0.228 fruit and vegetable-0.3264 physical exercise-0.217 reduce sedentary)(3)For girls,fruit and vegetable intake accounted for the largest weight,followed by low-fat food intake and physical exercise,and the lowest weight was to reduce household movement.P3=E(6.318-0.534low-fat food-0.587 fruit and vegetable-0.461 physical exercise-0.395 reduce sedentary)/1+E(6.318-0.534low-fat food-0.587 fruit and vegetable-0.461 physical exercise-0.395 reduce sedentary)...
