According to Professor Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences and the law of children's physical and mental development, based on the guiding ideology of "Guidelines for Children's Learning and Development at the Age of 3-6",and according to the theory of sensitive period of children's development and the law of children's physical and mental cognitive development, this paper puts forward the concept of curriculum design for children's physical fitness, which aims at developing children's physical fitness.Considering the knowledge of science,we should improve the quality of preschool education and promote the all-round development of children. This paper mainly breaks through the design type of physical fitness curriculum for young children, combines physical fitness with scientific knowledge to develop curriculum, and develops physical fitness curriculum for young children which can be practically operated and conforms to the law of physical and mental development of young children, and combines scientific knowledge with physical fitness curriculum. The effect of this physical fitness course for children is not to move.Through specific situational design and game sports,we can complete the teaching of small knowledge points in the field of scientific cognition.By using the methods of documentation, observation, case analysis and expert interviews, this paper summarizes and collates the relevant research status at home and abroad, mainly through the design of physical fitness + scientific knowledge combined with physical fitness practice classes for young children. In the actual physical fitness classes, teachers conduct the teaching of scientific knowledge points and the training of sports skills through classroom guidance,so that young children can be in the classroom.Develop physical exercise in specific scenarios and understand the corresponding scientific knowledge points. It is hoped that through this design and research,we can provide reference and suggestions for the teaching of children's physical fitness course, and enrich the content of children's physical fitness course,so as to better carry out children's physical training.Through this study, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The curriculum design of physical fitness for young children based on scientific knowledge should take cognitive goals and action development goals as the main objectives of curriculum design.(2)The curriculum design of physical fitness for young children based on scientific knowledge should be mainly in the form of story scenario guidance, explanation of game rules, physical exercise training, review of knowledge points, relaxation and classroom summary.(3)The curriculum design of physical fitness for children based on scientific knowledge should be composed of physical and mental health and scientific knowledge.(4)Combining scientific knowledge with physical fitness of children, and through practical research, the curriculum teaching plan of physical fitness + scientific knowledge for children is designed. The research in this paper shows that the physical fitness curriculum combining physical fitness with scientific knowledge is more in line with the teaching concept of early childhood education, and it is an upsurge of early childhood education. The design and application of this curriculum is more suitable for the teaching of physical fitness curriculum for young children, and can better promote the physical and mental development of young children. Therefore, after curriculum practice, the physical fitness curriculum combining physical fitness with scientific knowledge can be well adapted to young children.Physical education and teaching for children.
