Chemistry Education in compulsory education stage is the foundation of chemistry learning in senior high school. It plays an important role in basic knowledge, basic skills, learning method mastery, knowledge and learning method transfer, lifelong learning accumulation ability and so on.However, students learn chemistry for the first time and the basic knowledge of chemistry is complicated.Because they lack of scientific methods for the acquisition of chemical knowledge,it is difficult for them to form a big concept. As a result, students are easy to lose interest and their memory also feel tired, and it unable to achieve the expected teaching effect. At the same time,it is not conducive to the cultivation of students' thinking habits because of the high rate of students' knowledge forgetfulness.Their learning is still in a passive state, and students' autonomous learning ability cannot be improved, which hinders the continuous learning and innovation in the future learning work. Therefore, teachers should find appropriate scientific methods to help students learn chemistry knowledge efficiently.Based on the above situation,I studied and practiced the application of mind map in order to stimulate students' interest in learning chemistry, improve their learning efficiency, cultivate their radioactive thinking, and fully adjust the atmosphere in the classroom.Taking teacher as the leading role and students as the main body, the student would learn to study, learn to think and train their thinking ability so as to lay a good foundation for the future study development. In my research, the mind map was applied to chemistry teaching in junior high school. The main contents of this study are as follows:First of all,I sorted out and analyzed the relevant literatures, explained the background of the topic, clarified the significance of the research, and explained the research contents and methods. In addition,I summarized the research status of mind map in middle school chemistry and briefly introduced the way of mind map learning and the theoretical basis. Then,on the basis of the contents of chemistry knowledge in junior school,I combined the junior high school chemistry teaching with mind map,and the teaching design based on the principle of the thinking guide is shown, and applied it to the practical teaching so as to make the chemistry teaching more purposeful, more comprehensive and more efficient. The experiment was conducted from September 2018 to January 2019.The teaching contents include 8 modules, and the actual teaching hours total 42 class hours. Two representative teaching cases are selected in this paper to introduce and elaborate. Finally,in order to analyze the effect of application, two parallel classes were selected to carry out practical research, and the teaching mode was basically the same.In the experimental class, the mind map was applied by teachers in the board writing and summary for demonstration guidance, and the mind map was applied by students for preparatory study, summary and review. After a while,I would analyze the examination performance quantitatively.I also studied the changes of different students according to the interview method,so as to verify the application of mind map in junior high school chemistry teaching. The research showed that the mind map could be used to make the students like to study chemistry and solve the chemical problem more efficiently in the chemistry teaching in junior middle school. It was also beneficial to the students to construct the knowledge framework of high-efficiency learning and train the students' ideas and concepts of chemistry,so as to improve the teaching efficiency. It was also helpful to improve the students' interest in chemistry learning and develop the students' thinking ability.
