Teachers' job satisfaction refers to teachers' overall view and feeling of work itself and the different levels of work.University teachers' job satisfaction assessment has become the important way and method of modern higher education management,make the college managers accurate and timely understanding of the needs of teachers,to master the working state of the teachers,so that targeted adjustment and management,better mobilize teachers'working passion and creativity,promote teachers' teaching quality and research level and the improvement of social service quality.Rapid development since 2005,the TOP college students,faculty,scale expands rapidly,and formed by young teachers and retired teachers as the main body,with bachelor degree for most of the structure,poor stability of school teachers,and there have been a lot of retired teachers,more recent teachers,more part-time teachers,less of middle-aged backbone teacher.The teachers' job satisfaction is low.This article learn from domestic and foreign related research achievements of university teachers' job satisfaction,the concept of job satisfaction,the related theory,influence factors and the commonly used measuring methods and tools are summarized and analysis,combining with the characteristics of TOP college teachers' behavior and probes into the structure of the TOP college teachers' job satisfaction,build the TOP college teacher job satisfaction evaluation index system,determine the TOP college teacher job satisfaction assessment evaluation dimensions,influence factors and assessment tools.After preliminary investigation on TOP college teachers' job satisfaction,the teacher job satisfaction assessment scale constructed in this paper are analyzed and inspection,to form a formal assessment scale,and using the assessment tool data collecting empirical research on teachers' job satisfaction.Using SPSS statistical software to perform data statistics and processing.Using the six dimensions of leadership and management,self-realization,income and welfare,working environment and conditions,management system and organizational climate in the TOP College Teacher Job Satisfaction Index System,describes the differences in gender,age,marital status,education,years of work,and job title in different statistical variables.Describes the overall job satisfaction of different types of teachers in TOP College.Analysis of the reality of job satisfaction of TOP college teachers.And put forward five measures to improve the job satisfaction of TOP college teachers.
