With the deep development of the Internet,e-commerce is growing vigorously,and the logistics industry is also ushering in a new spring,which stimulates the social market for logistics talents.Considering the current employment environment,more and more students are inclined to enter the logistics management major.At the same time,in order to better meet the needs of the social market for logistics talents,cultivate and supply logistics talents,meet the needs of the market,and improve their employment rate,many colleges and universities across the country are in full swing to set up logistics management major.So,can the logistics management graduates trained by universities really meet the needs of the social market? As the leader in the employment market of University graduates,employers are also the "users" of logistics management graduates trained by universities.Accurately grasping the level of satisfaction and expectation of employers for logistics management undergraduates,finding out the influencing factors,and looking for improvement countermeasures on the basis of this analysis will help guide the training of logistics management undergraduates in Colleges and universities more scientifically and enhance their employment competitiveness,thus we can enhance the satisfaction of the "employer" of the graduates majoring in logistics management.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the influencing factors of employer satisfaction of logistics management graduates.Based on the above analysis,this paper makes an in-depth study on the influencing factors of employer satisfaction of logistics management undergraduates.Firstly,on the basis of literature review,this paper combs the current research situation and relevant theories,and finds out 25 factors influencing the satisfaction degree of "employer" of logistics management undergraduate graduates through the combination of literature research and field research,and divides them into school image,employer expectation,perceived quality of "employer" and perceived value of "employer"."Employer" satisfaction these five dimensions.Secondly,according to the identified "employer" satisfaction influencing factors and satisfaction theory,the theoretical model of "employer" satisfaction influencing factors for logistics management graduates is constructed and the hypothetical relationships are put forward.A new questionnaire was developed based on literature summary and actual investigation.And the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested by the data obtained from the survey.Then the research data and models are analyzed and validated by using software SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 22.0,which concluding that the four latent variables of school image,employer expectation,employer perceived quality and employer perceived value have direct or indirect positive effects on employer satisfaction.Among them,employer perceived quality has the highest overall impact on employer satisfaction,while employer perceived value has the greatest direct impact on employer satisfaction.Finally,according to the influence degree and satisfaction level of each factor,the paper puts forward the strategies to improve the satisfaction degree of "employer".
