General Secretary Xi pointed out that the construction of the CPC and China requires a large number of high-quality teachers with high moral characters,professionalism and enthusiasm.PE Normal-school students are the follow-up reserve power of physical education teachers.The effectiveness of school sports work depends to a large extent on the quality of physical education teachers.The investigation object of this paper is the Normal-school students of physical education.The paper uses expert interview method,comparative analysis method questionnaire investigation method and literature method.At the same time,based on the connotation of core literacy,it compared with the literacy gap of current PE normal-school students.The paper studies the connotation and the cultivation path of the core ability of PE normal-school students of physical education at present.It builds the standards of the core ability of PE normal-school students.It also analyzes the feasible accesses to cultivate high-quality physical education teachers.And the paper puts forward the accesses to cultivate the core abilities of normal students of physical education in order to provide reference for the cultivation of the professional personnel training of physical education at normal schools and evidence for the revision of the training plan of normal schools in China.The main conclusions are as follows:1.PE normal-school students have a high degree of identification with six dimensions of core accomplishment.Based on the theoretical framework of core literacy,combined with the characteristics of sports normal students,through the interviews and identification of relevant experts,we summarized and refined the six-dimensional core literacy of PE normal-school students.In turn: professional ethics,sports skills,teaching skills,independent learning,practical innovation,cultural foundation.The core literacy of the six dimensions influences and promotes each other.However,different stages can focus on different core literacy training of PE normal-school students.2.Compare with the current situation and choose the corresponding training path to improve the core accomplishment.Based on the core quality of sports normal-school students,according to the actual situation of sports normal students 'training for the existing shortcomings,We choose the training path of sports normal-school students' core quality:First of all,through establishing morality and developing talent,we can practice professional ethics of PE normal-school students.;Secondly,we should promote professional self-awareness and cultivate the ability of teachers to study independently.Thirdly,to achieve more than one specialized,We should fully develop the sports skills of normal-school students;Fourth,we can innovative teaching methods and strengthen the teaching skills of normal-school students;Fifthly,we should advocate to be a middle school and cultivate the ability of practice and innovation of normal students;Lastly,we should strengthen cultural education and make a solid cultural foundation for normal students.3.PE normal-school students' choice of training path of the core accomplishment must be guaranteed by corresponding conditions.There are many ways to choose for the cultivation of the core accomplishment of PE normal-school students,but it must be based on the actual situation of colleges and universities,and corresponding policies,systems,and mechanisms.Meanwhile,other conditions also need to be guaranteed to achieve the success.
