In-depth development of information technology education background, teaching ability of teachers in information technology has become one of the skills of teachers to adapt to the current needs of the community must have. Normal students as the main reserve force of teachers, teaching them the culture of information technology capabilities, both could help them manage the new classroom, but also to their future career as a teacher and lay a solid foundation.At present, China for the teaching ability of normal students information mainly through the creation of "Modern Educational Technology" Public Course to develop, however, by a number of related survey found that the current "Modern Educational Technology" Public Course for Teachers of Health information technology teaching ability culture is relatively weak, the effect is not ideal implementation, therefore, how to improve information technology teaching normal students the ability to become an urgent problem. Cultivation of this study will be English Normal Students Information teaching ability as the goal, looking for "Modern Educational Technology" Public Course in the training of professional English teaching ability normal students’ information problems causes and how it should be designed for the course content to enhance effective information English Majors in Normal teaching ability.This study uses a social science research and is widely used qualitative research methods amount, through surveys and interviews in the form of a questionnaire, Normal University to study for a "Modern Educational Technology" Public Course of 2011 English major Teachers and students conducted a classroom observation questionnaire, which in-depth understanding of the current status information for English Normal Students Teaching Ability to identify "Modern Educational Technology" Public Course in normal students’ information advantage teaching English professional training capacity and deficiencies. And while the subject matter experts and classroom teachers were interviewed, from the perspective of experts to locate information in English Majors in Normal teaching ability to explore career-oriented teacher can effectively improve English Normal Students Teaching Ability of information content, and then English Normal Students explore information Ability teaching content system.This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter briefly describes the background,purpose and significance of the research thesis on the results of the current domestic and international information technology teaching ability as well as gaps in terms of the sort, and the thesis content, ideas and research methods, such as a brief description.The second chapter is the main content of the concepts involved in this article were defined and a lot of reading on the basis of the relevant literature on the theoretical basis used in this article for a detailed explanation.The third chapter is mainly on the basis of the previous two chapters, a student of English Normal Normal University, conducted a survey and subject specialists and middle school English teachers were interviewed tier of English, English Normal School Students questionnaire is hope from the perspective of English Majors in Normal to understand the strengths and shortcomings of "Modern Educational Technology" Public Course in Developing Students’ Information teaching ability, respectively, subject matter experts and front-line English English teachers were interviewed in order from angle of experts and front-line perspective to interpret English teachers for English Normal Students should have the level of knowledge and teachingability to interpret the information in order to build a professional English teaching ability of normal students’ information technology professional training content system to provide targeted basis.The fourth chapter is based on the research front, the analysis to build English Normal Students get information Teaching Ability theoretical and practical basis of the content of the system, under the guidance of TPACK final theory constructed for English Normal Students Information Technology Teaching Ability content system.
