Research On Materialized Action Plan For Basketball Association Of Ningbo From The Perspective Of Resource Dependence

The release of General Planning for Disconnecting Industrial Associations and Chambers of Commerce with Administrative Organizations marked that the most important objective of China at the current stage is the materialization of individual sports associations.With great efforts of individual sports associations of China in recent years,,especially the Basketball Association,we have made some achievements in the reform and exploration of materialization.With the release of Notice on Relevant Matters Concerning Basketball Reform Pilot Program,China Basketball Association began its materialized operation formally.However,the materialized development of China's individual sports association has not yet completed and there are still many problems to be unresolved.Therefore,we need to further deepen the reform oriented to the entity.The most basic part of the sports management system is the municipal individual sports association which is closely related to people.Basketball Association of Ningbo is one of the associations with better development and higher popularity among the masses in Ningbo,a city with strong basketball atmosphere.This paper intends do some investigation and researches and take the Basketball Association of Ningbo as the object for further deepening reform so as to explore methods that Basketball Association of Ningbo should take in its materialized reform process,to provide reference and basis for the materialized reform of city-level individual associations and to make contributions to the development of sports.This paper uses the Literature Review Method,the field survey method,the interview method and the logical analysis method to research materialized action scheme of Basketball Associations in Ningbo from the perspective of resource dependence theory.This paper also did some surveys to know historical development and present situations of Basketball Associations of Ningbo as well as the internal and external resources of Ningbo.Besides,this paper also uses resource dependence theory to classify and analyze internal and external resources of the Associations so as to find out constraints that restrict their materialized development and to put forward the action plan for the materialization of associations.Main conclusions of this paper include:(1)Internal constraint conditions for the materialization of Basketball Association of Ningbo are as follows: the organizational structure is not perfect,the functions are seriously crossed;human resources are outdated and there is no fresh blood;there are single and unstable sources of funds but no fixed site and facilities.(2)External constraint conditions for the materialization of Basketball Association of Ningbo are as follows: Laws,regulations and political systems are not perfect;regulations are not clear and subsidies are difficult to implement;social publicity and supervision were not well done.(3)Internal reform programs for the materialization of Basketball Association of Ningbo are as follows: they should fill the talent gap and optimize the organizational structure;broaden economic sources and improve the financial system;make more efforts to propagandize the association so as to enhance its influence.(4)External reform programs for the materialization of Basketball Association of Ningbo are as follows: they should make perfect laws,regulations and systems and strengthen the functions of public opinions in society and among the masses.
