Trade associations have always played a crucial role in the economic development of our country.With the constant progress of reform and opening up,China has gradually achieved a transformation from a rigid planned economy to a socialist market economy.The social organization trade association has also achieved a leap from scratch to a single one,and trade association is now in society.The position in the economy is becoming more and more prominent.As the third sector outside the government and enterprises,trade association is recognized as an important support for the modern socialist market economy system.In the theoretical community,research on NGO has always been favored by scholars,but there has been less involvement in the research of trade association.In the middle and late last century,social work was introduced into China as an independent specialty.After decades of promoting development,social work has gradually expanded from the education sector to the practice sector throughout the country.The social work trade association has emerged with the rise of social work.The social work trade association,as platforms and carriers for pooling social work talent resources,promoting social work education,standardizing the social work industry,and providing services for social workers,have also promoted the professionalization and professional development of social work.The emergence of the social work trade association is an inevitable result of the development and progress of modern society,and it also meets the real needs of China's social construction and social management.Resource dependence theory is a theoretical basis for current research organization activities.Especially the social work trade association,this emerging industry is undoubtedly the key to deconstructing the official and non-governmental nature of its interaction with the government.On the one hand,the social work trade association is in the early stages of their needs for resources,especially capital,they need to adjust their understanding and positioning of the functions to meet the government's planning and mission.On the other hand,the social work trade association must ensure autonomy and service.The theory of resource dependence and social work theory both emphasize the importance of the environment,that is,the social work trade association in the environment.Just as social work focuses on analysing the interactive relationship between humans and the environment,resource dependence theory also emphasizes that the social work trade association,in order to ensure their survival and sustainable development,will interact with the surrounding environment to absorb external resources,and at this time it will produce external The dependence of the environment.This article analyzes the following content by focusing on the perspective of resource dependence theory through an analysis of a representative case,the Shanghai S trade association.Apart from the introduction,this article is divided into four chapters,of which the first chapter describes the representative case-the background and development of the establishment of S trade association.The second chapter mainly explains the channels of S trade association resource acquisition from the aspect of manpower,material and so on.The third chapter elaborates the S trade association system and the way of obtaining power.The fourth chapter is the conclusion and discussion part.It analyzes the interactive relationship between S trade association and resources,and then points out thecharacteristics that they show in this process,"the duality of the government and the people".In summary,the author will use the "resource dependency theory" as a normative perspective to analyze the interaction between S social work trade association and external resources in the process of survival and development,and conclude that S trade association are oriented by government resources and government resources.Reliance creates the "duality" feature of its identity.Finally,this research further reflects on the "The duality of official and folk" of the trade association.Only the government and trade association organically combine to enhance the government's promotion role for trade association and achieve a reasonable distribution of power and resources,so as to promote the capacity building and autonomous growth of trade association.
