Recent years,the number of social sports instructors has steadily increased,but it is still insufficient in the face of China's huge demand for social sports services,and the existing training is more formal.Students can't really get the available knowledge in training,so upgrade training.The effect is particularly important in the training of social sports instructors.From the core and essence of the scientific development concept,development is for people,while development depends on people.From the concept of people-oriented,the quality and knowledge of social sports instructor groups are enhanced.The ultimate goal of skills and work practices is to meet the growing demand for sports public services.This paper mainly uses literature research,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods,relying on the literature data to sort out the basic facts of the current social sports instructors' management mode,scale,grade structure,training situation,etc.,relying on the existing social sports instructor technical level.The training outline is based on the students and focuses on the needs of the trainees.From this point of view,the evaluation system of training effects is constructed from multiple dimensions,and the training satisfaction questionnaires are given to the trainees of the national and first-level social sports instructor training stations.Then propose strategic recommendations.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper constructs the evaluation system of social sports instructor training effect from four dimensions.A total of four first-level indicators and 15 second-level indicators are set up,and questionnaires are used to conduct questionnaire surveys.(2)After surveying the training points of the two social sports instructors,it was found that the scores of the reaction layer and the learning layer were higher.The higher the level of training,the greater the change in the behavior and consciousness of the students;(3)The comprehensive score of the first-level social sports instructors Compared with the national social sports instructors,the scores of the reaction layer and the learning layer are generally higher,and the lowest score is the degree of conversion application in the actual work in the behavioral indicators.According to the comprehensive scores of the first-level social sports guidance and the national social sports instructor training,the results of the two are not much different,but the average social sports instructors score higher on average.(4)Suggestion: Under the premise of complying with the requirements of the syllabus,all provinces and municipalities can prepare training materials suitable for the actual situation of the students according to local conditions.The supplementary teaching materials are used together with the national designated training materials to meet the local actual situation and help guide the work smoothly.Carry out;continuously expand the form of training,promote classified training and carry out continuing training;establish a practice base,expand training content,strengthen practical teaching links;play the role of social organizations,especially associations in sports public services,and encourage multi-subjects to participate in social sports guidance Service work.
