By the influence of Ethos of “People First”“ Education First”,The well-being of students are being more focus in educational world.“Well-being” of pupil and junior are also gradually used in policy making,academic researching and education application.Education mode based on humanistic care can make the students to sense,to enjoy,to creature well-being,which can also upgrade their well-being level.It should be the principle of education that to build a whole-development human by this kind of education mode.This subject surveyed a junior middle school seated in suburban of Ningbo,a developed coastal city at eastern China by researching of well-being status and influence factors.To associate with the theory and practice,the article putting forward some promotional methods,which mean to provide some references to students' well-being upgrade working of other similar school.This paper makes the objects of juniors of an urban junior school in Ningbo,and all tests were proceed with self-designed questionnaire in groups.A total of 470 pieces questionnaires were inquired about,and 437 pieces were received as available data in finally.Several conclusions of this research have been found out below by analyzing all these data.(1)The wholeness of school well-being of juniors is better than medium-scale,and three factors as to School-management,students-relationship,class-environment get a high score.As contrary,three factors get a worse score such as campus-environment,teacherstudent-relationship and self-achievability.(2)Different grades only show significant difference in satisfaction on campusenvironment and class environment,but not in other variable.Juniors of grade 1 have obvious satisfaction in campus-environment than other two grades,though grade 3 have the best classenvironment satisfaction.It is considered to the mainly cause of the differences that the acknowledgement and focus they care about are fairly different.(3)Gender has almost no variable in those satisfactions,except that girls always have a good teacher-student-relationship rather than boys.It is associated with the unlikeness of character trait by gender(4)Origin of student only shows the significant difference in satisfaction of classenvironment,but not others.Students whom come from other city of Zhejiang province get the best of all.It mainly because they have different expectation to class,and also,they have diverse home-language environment(5)It takes little matter between countryside's students and city's students above all the factors.It mainly because their families have similar financial condition at the present in whether countryside or down-town,and their learning stress are almost the same.(6)League members often have better satisfactions on teacher-student-relationship,self-achievability,class-environment and campus-environment than others.The policy and the operation of the recommendation have some advantages for them to feel with the satisfaction experience.(7)Class-leaders always have better satisfactions on student-relationship,teacherstudent-relationship,self-achievability,class-environment and campus-environment.This is the reason that compare to general students,class-leaders have more chances to show themselves,to communication,and to be highly evaluated.(8)Students whom have higher self-assessment scores always have better satisfactions in all issues than others.In despairing of own disability,students who have bad self-assessment cannot do well in interpersonal relationship and institutional adaptability,which also make selfachievability more difficult.Consociated with all conclusions above and practical situations of the junior middle school,this paper purpose some strategies below for promoting school well-being of juniors:Improving school environment,building harmonious classes,cultivating warm teachers and enhancing personal achievements.
