To discuss the strategy for enhancing the question level of the students, in this thesis, different classified form have been reviewed firstly, and divided them into different levels base on the relative references. In term of it, the questions that stem from the chemistry study of our grade three students have been classified and analyzed. It was found that only superficial and low-level questions can be brought forward. Most students cannot express their original purpose in the question perfectly.In my opinion, the factors that affect the development of the students'question level are mainly the follows: idea obstacle, privilege obstacle from teacher, information obstacle, and skill obstacle. Finally, a strategy has been given. We should change the instruction idea, establish the equal and harmonious relations between teachers and students, consolidate the fundamental knowledge and skill, and develop asking skills gradually to repel the obstacles, respectively.
