The physical quality of thinking is the intellectual characteristics exhibited by the students in the physical learning activities. The level relates to the level and academic performance of students studying physics knowledge. The systematic study of physics is to start from the second grade of junior high school, the students are at a critical period for intellectual development. They are at the stage to try and adjust to new knowledge. So it is important to do the learning strategies training to the students. The correct learning strategy is an important way to improve physical performance and thus enhance the physical quality of thinking so that junior high school students, and also the significent part of Instructional Psychology. It is a learning and development needs of junior high school students to grasp the right and advanced learning strategies. The students will be improved physical performance and physical thinking quality. It can also implement the National Curriculum. Therefore, This research preparation of the junior high school physical thinking quality questionnaire, designed learning strategy training program. It is important to improve the physical thinking quality.This research uses the self junior high school physical thinking quality questionnaire to investigate the quality level of the junior high school physical thinking quality. The mind map-based learning strategy training program is designed on it. And do the teaching experiment to prove the effectiveness of the program. According to this research, the following conclusions:(1) The physical thinking quality includes four dimensions of profundity, flexibility, critically and logically. Good reliability and validity through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to prove the questionnaire. The concept model is easonable. So meet the requirements of the Psychometric.(2) Analysis of the various dimensions of the junior high school level of the physical thinking quality. The profoundly level is the highest score, and the logically is the lowest score. It shows that the difficulties encountered by junior high school knowledge capabilities.(3) There is no significant gender differences in the overall quality level of junior high school physical thinking. Specific performance is profundity, flexibility, critically, there is no significant difference, and the boys are slightly better than girls. But the logically, boys are significantly better than girls. In addition, the level of physical thinking quality has nothing to do with studying at key middle school.(4) Mind map-based learning strategy training program has the scientific, feasibility and effectiveness. The results showed that the learning strategy training to improve their physical thinking quality positive role, and have a long-lasting effect.
