Research On Influencing Factors And Enhancing Strategies Of College Students' Entrepreneurial Ability

At this stage,the difficulty of college students' employment has become a common social phenomenon.The employment mentality of high and low employment and the employment pressure faced by contemporary college students seriously affect social and economic development.The state has achieved certain results in improving the ability of college students to innovate and innovate with the policies of “employment by entrepreneurship”,but there are still some problems that need attention.For example,the construction of college students' innovative and entrepreneurial education is imperfect,the theoretical system of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship is not perfect,and the of entrepreneurial culture's atmosphere of college students is not strong,the university students' entrepreneurial support policies are not comprehensive,etc.These all restrict the improvement of contemporary college students' entrepreneurial ability in a certain sense.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and far-reaching historical significance to deeply study the influencing factors and improvement paths of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability,so that contemporary college students can truly become the new force of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" and promote the realization of the national rejuvenation of the Chinese dream.At the same time,improving the ability of college students to innovate and start their own is also the need of their own development.In the development of people's overall quality,it is necessary not only to develop morally,physically,and beautifully,but also to have innovative consciousness,creative spirit and entrepreneurial ability.This is an inevitable requirement for cultivating the core competitiveness of college students.This thesis uses the combination of qualitative research and quantitative research to deeply study the influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurial ability under the premise of ensuring the scientificity,accuracy and comprehensiveness of the conclusion.Among them,using qualitative research methods,through in-depth interviews and refinement,inductive analysis,a three-level,12-factor model of the influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurial ability was constructed;On the basis of the formation of relevant theoretical models,through the questionnaire design and research,a large amount of data was collected,and the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS24.0 and AMOS24.0 statistical software,so as to demonstrate the influencing factors model of college students.According to the results of the argumentation,the three factorsaffecting the entrepreneurial ability of college students are considered comprehensively,and an effective improvement path is proposed.The thesis explains the research background,methods and innovation points,then expounds the concept of entrepreneurial ability and college students' entrepreneurial ability,and combines the characteristics of college students to analyze the characteristics of college students' entrepreneurial ability;Secondly,construct a theoretical model of college students' entrepreneurial ability.This part uses the grounded theory in qualitative research to conduct in-depth interviews with a number of college students who have had entrepreneurial experience.Through a comprehensive analysis of a large number of original interview data,a model of the influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurial ability was constructed,and various factors were elaborated.Third,carry out quantitative analysis and research on the influencing factors of college students' entrepreneurial ability.Using SPSS and AMOS mathematical statistical software to measure the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,combined with the research hypothesis for correlation and regression analysis,the analysis results support our hypothesis;Finally,according to the results of qualitative analysis and empirical analysis of the thesis,the path of improving college students' entrepreneurial ability is pointed out in a targeted manner,which indicates the direction for the improvement of college students' entrepreneurial ability.
