Research On The Construction Of Performance Evaluation Of Special Funds For Supporting Sports Competition Performance Industry In Fujian Province

The vigorous development of sports not only promotes the progress of human society,but also becomes one of the important symbols of a country's comprehensive national strength.In recent years,more and more countries have attached importance to the development of sports.In China,sports development has gradually entered the diversified pattern of government funding and corporate investment.However,the government's financial input is still a stable and major source of sports development in China.With the success of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games,many companies pay much attention to sports events.A series of industrial chains derived from sports events promote the emergence and development of sports competition performance industry,and are the core strength of the future development of China's sports industry.More and more provinces and municipalities have introduced relevant support policies to promote the development of sports competition performance industry.This research takes the construction of the performance evaluation model of the special fund for supporting sports industry in Fujian Province as the object,and uses the methods of documentation,Delphi,analytic hierarchy process,mathematical statistics,qualitative and quantitative methods to construct the performance evaluation system of the special fund for supporting sports industry in Fujian Province,and carries out theoretical analysis and empirical research.In the part of theoretical analysis,it mainly elaborates the background and significance of the topic,the literature review at home and abroad,the research methods,and the definition and theoretical basis of the related concepts of this study.Based on the previous research results and related theories,it lays a theoretical foundation for the study.In the empirical part,first of all,it analyses the current situation of the special funds used to support sports competitions and performances in Fujian Province.Through collecting data,it counts the current situation of the special funds used in Fujian Province from 2012 to 2016,and expounds the operation process of the special funds.Accordingly,the construction of performance evaluation system of special funds for supporting sports competitions and performances in Fujian Province is the focus of this study.Based on the theory of Balanced Scorecard,this study selected performance evaluation indicatorsthrough appropriate innovation.Through two rounds of questionnaires by experts,using EXCEL,SPSS and other software,it formulated a performance evaluation of Fujian Province's special funds for supporting sports competitions and performances,including four dimension-level indicators,eight criteria-level indicators and 18 index-level indicators.Price system.The weight of each index is determined by AHP method,and each index is interpreted.Finally,the evaluation criteria are determined.Based on the evaluation index system,this paper takes the 2016 China Badminton Open and the second cross-strait(Fuzhou)Green Cycling Festival in 2015 as the empirical objects.Through investigation and evaluation,the scores are 80.56 points and 72.78 points,respectively.Based on the analysis of the existing problems,some relative suggestions are tentatively put forward.
