Research On The Development Of Gateball Sport In Fuzhou Under The Background Of Population Aging

The population aging is a huge challenge facing the world since the 21 st century.China's aging process is fast,and the number of empty-nesters,the elderly,the unhealthy elderly are very large,the reality of getting old before getting rich and the unbalanced regional development have become the paralysis of China's social development.Therefore,how to actively take measures to deal with it the problems brought about by the population aging to maintain the healthy operation of the society are the focus of the country and the hotspot of academic research.Countries such as Japan,whose populations are severely aging,have shown that actively guiding older people to engage in appropriate physical activity is one of the most convenient,economical,and effective ways to deal with the problem of aging.The gateball sport has been introduced to China for more than 30 years,and it's unique fitness value has attracted more and more middle-aged and elderly people,especially the elderly.Actively guiding the elderly to participate in it,and continuously expanding their number participate in it is of great significance to the realization of China's healthy and active aging and the promotion of healthy and sustainable development of the gateball sport.Based on this,this study takes the population aging as the times background,takes the gateball sport of Fuzhou as the research object,and uses the theory of demand and the theory of social stratification as the theoretical basis,using the methods such as literature tracking,field investigation and logic analysis to explore the current development status of the gateball sport in Fuzhou,trying to find out the main factors restricting the development of gateball sport in Fuzhou and propose the development of Fuzhou gateball sport in order to promote healthy and active aging,which can providing a reference for the departments related to the elderly such as gateball association and senior sports department from the sports field.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The aging population of Fuzhou City is developing,accelerating,aging,and unhealthy,which increases the burden on families and society.The goalball movement has a positive significance for the development of healthy aging in Fuzhou.(2)The participation group of the gateball sport in Fuzhou is mainly concentrated in the ages of 61-65 years old and 66-70 years old,and they are mainly in the middle-class social and upper-middle society,and the overall consumptionlevel of the participating group is low.(3)The participation channels of the gateball sport in Fuzhou are mainly based on the business relationship and geographical relationship,their participation enthusiasm is high,and about 60% of the participants are the standard sports population.(4)The construction of the gateball stadium is positively related to the economic development of the area,the distance between the gateball stadiums and the residences is positively related to the initiative and enthusiasm of the residents participating in the gateball.The construction of the gateball stadiums in Fuzhou are more than that of other old sports,but there are regional differences in quantity and infrastructure improvement.(5)According to Weber's multi-level stratification standard analysis,the participation groups of different social strata in Fuzhou have different needs for participating forms,and different social classes have different values for gateball sports.(6)The attention degree of the government and relevant departments,the facilities of the venues,the stability of the competition activities,the amount of activities,and the disseminate and popularize work are the main constraints for the deepening development of the gateball sport in Fuzhou.(7)Raise the attention degree of the government and relevant departments,strengthen the management of mass gateball sportball by the government and industry associations;revitalize the resources of the gateball stadiums,and increase the construction intensity of gateball stadiums;implement the policy of“people-oriented”,fully satisfy the participation requirements to the gateball sport of various levels;raising funds through multiple channels to promote the development of related industries;grasping the “critical period” of different groups participating in sports,improving the intensity of disseminate and popularize;cultivating the fitness awareness of all groups to participate in gateball sport,maximizing protect the participation rights of low-level group,and it is the key to strengthen the promotion of gateball sport and achieve maximum benefits of healthy aging.
