Research On The First-class Discipline Construction Path Of Shaanxi Province Based On Third Party Evaluation

Improving the level of discipline construction requires a benchmark for measuring progress.Therefore,the ranking of subject evaluation in third-party evaluation has increasingly become one of the focuses of various universities.Based on this,this paper analyzes the results of subject evaluation in third-party evaluation at home and abroad,studies the status quo of first-class discipline construction in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province,and proposes corresponding path choices in order to improve the level of first-class discipline construction in Shaanxi Province.This paper is guided by the first-class discipline construction path in Shaanxi Province.Through literature review,data summarization,status analysis,countermeasures,and prospects,this paper summarizes some of the current mainstream first-class discipline evaluation systems,using literature analysis,comparison,SWOT.Analytical methods and other methods to explore the first-class discipline construction path in Shaanxi Province.(1)In the aspect of literature research,it expounds the similarities and differences of policy orientations of university discipline construction in various countries and the evaluation system of university discipline rankings at home and abroad.The four countries of Germany,France,Japan and South Korea,although different policy contents are different,have launched a "concentration strategy",providing talent reserves for the development of universities and disciplines.In the evaluation system of subject rankings,the indicators are different,and the data sources and ranking methods have certain differences.The ranking results of the same subject in the same university may also be different.(2)Through data analysis and comparative study,the recent ranking results of universities in Shaanxi Province in the third-party evaluation and the situation of “double-class” construction disciplines in Shaanxi Province were summarized.The first-class disciplines in Shaanxi are headed by Xi'an Jiaotong University,and the “985” and “211” colleges are key echelons,which are developing in a trapezoidal shape.Most colleges have a large number of C-category subjects,but the A-category can be said to be no,and the number of B-types is in the middle.(3)Taking the two colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province as a case,this paper analyzes the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of first-class discipline construction,and proposes the path and suggestion of first-class discipline construction based on this.Shaanxi is a big province of education in the country,but the investment in education is not too much.The level of disciplines in Shaanxi universities is uneven,and the differences are large.Especially in the provincial capital cities of Xi'an,the discipline construction is relatively weak;although in the past two years,Shaanxi The province has introduced a number of policies to attract college students to Shaanxi,but the results are not good.This proposes the path of discipline construction: cultivating innovative talents,building an international exchange platform;promoting interdisciplinary,cultural and intellectual development;combining local advantages and developing distinctive disciplines.The purpose of this thesis is to look at the performance of the disciplines of universities in Shaanxi Province in the third-party evaluation,to conduct SWOT analysis on the status quo,to propose an alternative path for the development of first-class disciplines,and to provide a basis for accelerating the construction of first-class universities and first-class disciplines in Shaanxi Province.In order to improve the level of first-class discipline construction in Shaanxi universities,cultivate and leave more high-end talents to promote the economic development of Shaanxi.
