Study Of The Evaluation And Construction Of World-class Disciplines

Discipline is the basic unit of a university and the core of its development.Discipline construction is the foundation of university construction and the only way to build the core competitiveness of university.Under the background of national "World-class universities and world-class disciplines" construction,it is of great significance to make scientific and reasonable evaluation on first-class subjects.However,the current world first-class disciplines the class evaluation universal existence theory to explore in-depth analysis,case not less,subject classification,evaluation index on different issues,based on this consideration,this article in analyzes the present problem world first-class discipline evaluation,on the basis of through case analysis of the world first-class disciplines,summarized its characteristics and construction experience,on this basis,the search can reflect the course level indicators,trying to build a scientific and reasonable world-class academic evaluation system.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Using the method of literature and comparative analysis,analyzes the world first-class discipline evaluation system index system of most focus on the differences between subject and the objective index(paper)occupies a certain proportion,the scientific research achievements index weighting in the evaluation system,high quality paper is the key.But there are also some problems such as imperfect index system and unbalanced discipline classification.(2)Based on the currently accepted world first-class discipline(of science disciplines)case analysis,summarizes its characteristics for the innovation lead,many masters,person of outstanding ability,outstanding reputation,outstanding achievement,accumulate deep.Through case analysis,the construction experience of world-class disciplines can be concluded as follows:in terms of discipline orientation,we should adhere to world-class standards;In terms of disciplinary functions,we should adhere to the coordinated development of teaching,scientific research and social services.In the subject setting,emphasis is placed on the coexistence of foundation and frontier.In the development strategy of the discipline,focus on developing the characteristic field of the discipline;In the construction of the discipline team,we will introduce the world's top talents.On the subject structure,the interdisciplinary integration is emphasized.In the academic environment,adhere to the free academic atmosphere and loose innovation environment;On the subject resources,insist to attract off-campus resources and improve the efficiency of enterprises.(3)Using the method of expert,specific gravity method,the methods such as AHP,builds a preliminary evaluation system of disciplines,after several rounds of screening and optimizing the final evaluation system more perfect world class discipline.The index system includes 4 primary indicators(subject reputation,subject conditions,subject environment,subject output)and 11 secondary indicators.(4)According to the proposed evaluation index,drawing on the successful experience of the international first-class disciplines at the same time,based on China's construction of "World-class universities and world-class disciplines" target,put forward some Suggestions on constructing world first-class discipline with Chinese characteristics.
