Javelin throwing is a multi-axis rotary throwing sport combined with light equipment.Excellent javelin throwers not only need to master complex professional skills,but also continuously improve their special physical fitness level.In recent years,the head coach of the Hebei Province track and field team's javelin team has attached great importance to athletes' physical training.However,compared with other provinces,Hebei province 's javelin group athletes have lower fitness training.Therefore,this article combines the training concepts of "digital physical fitness" and "model training method",and uses the javelin team athletes of Hebei Province as the monitoring and experimental object to establish a "digital" monitoring,evaluation,and feedback system,and implements "digital control" physical training Model to improve the effectiveness of physical fitness training,and summarize the specific reasons for the poor physical fitness training results of the Hebei Province track and field team's javelin group athletes,propose solutions,and ultimately improve their physical fitness level and special performance.This article adopts a variety of research methods such as literature data method,expert investigation method,factor analysis method,and gray correlation analysis method.Based on the research results of academic circles,based on the determination of physical fitness and evaluation indicators of javelin throwers,the special physical fitness of javelin throwers in Hebei Province is established Train the Digital Control mode.Based on the competition time that Hebei Province 's track and field javelin athletes need to participate in,the 40-week “digital” training monitoring process is divided into three training phases,namely the preparation period,the first competition period,and the second competition period.Monitor and evaluate the athlete's strength,speed,throwing ability and load,analyze related data,and summarize the laws of sports training.The "digital" evaluation results are fed back to the training process at each stage,the training goals are adjusted,a more scientific and reasonable training plan is designed,and the athlete's physical fitness level is improved.The effectiveness of the "digital" monitoring training model is initially confirmed.This research uses a combination of theory and practice to establish and improve the monitoring system,evaluation system,and feedback system for physical training of javelin throwers.Under the guidance of the head coach,the timing and strategy of adjustment are put forward to give full play to the role of the evaluation,monitoring and feedback system.Finally came to the following conclusions.(1)According to expert interviews and questionnaire surveys,it is determined that the 30-meter run,the 30-meter gun run,the shoulder barbell squat,snatch,pull the barbell behind the head,stand a long jump,stand a triple jump,throw the shot backwards,help run the hands behind the ball,The last three steps of throwing standard guns are the special physical fitness evaluation indicators for javelin throwers.According to the relevance of the ten indicators,it is divided into four types of special capabilities: special speed,maximum strength,lower limb explosive power,and special throwing ability,and the importance of the four types of special ability is analyzed in combination with the characteristics of javelin movement.Factor> Maximum Strength Factor> Special Speed Factor> Lower Limb Power Factor.(2)Athletes' physical fitness training uses the preparation period,the first competition period,and the second competition period as time nodes for three rounds of data monitoring.In the first round,the three athletes' 30-meter speed running,30-meter gun running,snatch,and triple jump failed to meet the expected targets.The average deviations were 10.71%,6%,18.35%,and 15.38%..In the second round,four athletes' physical performance indicators including standing long jump,triple jump and back throw failed to meet the expected goals,with average deviations of 13.27%,5.88%,and 17.95%,respectively.In the third round,four athletes failed to meet the expected goals in 30-meter accelerated running,snatch,standing long jump,and standing triple jump.The average deviations were 8.64%,17.9%,8.35%,and 10.88%,respectively.In the three rounds of monitoring,each round will analyze the reasons for this round of monitoring results,propose related adjustment plans,and then apply the adjustment measures to the next round of training.(3)According to the statistics of the annual training data,the annual training target completion rates of the four athletes,Dou Ruilin,Du Simeng,Jiang Pan,and Wu Sen,were 76.67%,76.67%,73.33%,and 93.33%,respectively;special speed,maximum strength,and lower limbs.The annual training target completion rates for the four types of special abilities such as explosive power and special throwing ability are 79.17%,88.89%,58.33%,and 86.11% respectively;the annual training targets for the three training phases of the preparation period,the first competition period,and the second competition period The completion rates were 87.5%,77.5%,and 70%,respectively.(4)During the 40-week training under the "digital" control mode,the athlete's physical fitness and special performance have been improved.Dou Ruilin,Du Simeng,Jiang Pan,Wu Sen and others have improved their total physical fitness scores by 170 points,192 points,181 points,and 89 points,respectively,with corresponding increases of 126.87%,52.03%,95.77%,and 37.24%.The special results increased by 3.89 meters,1.9 meters,6.33 meters,and 4.34 meters respectively,and the corresponding growth rates were 10.48%,4.12%,10.32%,and 7.91%.(5)Analyze and summarize the completion of the four athletes' physical fitness goals,further point out the specific reasons why the athletes did not complete a certain period of training goals,and propose training programs from three aspects,including improving training plans,strengthening athlete supervision,and adjusting training goals Optimization Strategy.
