Happiness has long been the basic theme and pursuit of human being.Without the desire for happiness,there would be no human past and today,and no human future.Today,with the vigorous construction of our harmonious society and the improvement of people's living standards,people's need for a better life is becoming increasingly urgent.The need for a better life implies people's hope and pursuit of a happy life.For the teacher group,the term "happiness" is also increasingly "highlighted" and "eye-catching".Primary school male teachers,as an indispensable "minority" group in the teaching team,have met the needs of primary school students' mental health growth It also follows the development trend of primary education.However,the employment status of primary school male teachers is not optimistic,and “scarce numbers”,“serious churn”,and “low survival rates” are indisputable facts,and these are closely related to the professional happiness of primary school male teachers.Studies on professional well-being are few and far between.This research is based on a review of domestic and foreign primary school male teachers and teachers' professional well-being,using narrative research methods,mainly from the emotional dimension,professional dimension,organizational dimension,social dimension,cognitive dimension,and self-actualization.Six aspects of the dimension,truthfully describe and analyze the occupational well-being of a primary school male teacher.Through the case teacher 's professional happiness narrative,the present situation of male primary school teachers 'professional happiness is truly presented,and the main sources of primary school male teachers' professional happiness are summarized and summarized: teachers 'love of education,rapport with colleagues,students Love,good teaching,etc.;revealed the main reasons for the loss of professional happiness of male teachers in primary schools: low pay,low social status;monotonous work,tedious machinery;high social expectations,etc.,and analyzed the male advantages and disadvantages from a gender perspective.Through research and analysis,researchers believe that it is necessary to start from three aspects of society,schools and individuals to improve the professional happiness of male teachers in primary schools.First of all,optimize the social environment that is conducive to the improvement of male teachers' professional happiness: improve salary and social status,and hold reasonable expectations for teachers.Secondly.Establish an organizational environment conducive to the improvement of male teachers' professional happiness: improve the management system and promote the professional advantages of male teachers.Thirdly,male teachers in primary schools should personally: improve their professionalism and improve their ability to adapt.The purpose of this research is to reveal and describe the true performance of the professional life of male teachers in frontline primary schools,to guide people to pay attention to and attach importance to the professional values and professional demands of male primary teachers,so as to strengthen the construction of primary school teachers and promote the overall harmonious development of primary school teachers.
