In today's society,the concept of happiness education is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people and has become the realistic pursuit of social development and educational development.The premise of happiness education is the happiness of teachers,who are one of the basic elements of education.Their occupational well-being is the cornerstone of happiness education.Primary school teachers are the practitioners of fundamental education,whose professional well-being is bound to have an impact on the development of basic education.The healthy development of primary education needs not only the selfless dedication of female teachers,but also the accompanying growth of male teachers.Attention to the professional well-being of primary school teachers should not only focus on female teachers,but also on the professional well-being of male teachers,which is an important measure of the improvement of the quality of education.To promote healthy development of primary education ecology,we need to focus on the occupational well-being of male primary school teachers.This study uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview to study the status quo and influencing factors of primary school male teachers' professional well-being in central Y City,and on this basis,puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures to improve primary school male teachers' professional well-being.The main conclusion of this thesis is that the occupational well-being of male primary school teachers in downtown area of y city is not ideal.Only 44.4% of male primary school teachers surveyed reported relatively stronger occupational well-being.At the same time,the occupational well-being of male teachers in primary schools generally tends to decrease with the increase of age,length of teaching,monthly income and teaching grade;male teachers graduated from normal colleges and universities are lower than those from non-normal colleges and universities;the occupational well-being of male primary school teachers with junior college education is lower than that of male primary school teachers with bachelor 's degree or above.According to the average score of occupational well-being of male primary school teachers in central Y City,salary,social and family support,colleague relationship and self realization have more significant effects on male teachers' occupational well-being.In order to improve the occupational well-being of male primary school teachers,we should give more social support to the society and the government,balance the ranks of teachers,and promote the rationalization of teacher structure.Schools should build a development platform for teachers,promote teachers' self-development,play the role of trade unions,and enhance humanistic care.Teachers themselves should give full play to male teachers' gender advantages,enhance self-awareness,stimulate educational enthusiasm,pay attention to career development,and formulate reasonable career planning.
