With the development of society and economy, the preschool education has received more and more attention from all walks of life. As a basic education in the foundation, it is self-evident to preschool education. And one of the key factors to decide the quality of preschool education is the kindergarten teachers. Preschool teachers occupy a considerable proportion in the education sector, the work content, nature and significance are also growing concern and attention. But compared with other education, in a fairly long period of time, even now, preschool teachers gender homogeneity is high, early childhood teachers is almost a "daughter of the country", male preschool teachers out of sight. But the situation is slowly improving, male preschool teachers is gradually into people’s vision, by the children and parents welcome, scholars began to do research on male preschool teachers, including male preschool teachers for preschool teachers’ job, loss of male preschool teachers and coping strategies, male preschool teachers survival crisis and coping strategies and so on. Qualitative research methods of narrative research in this paper through the analysis of factors that influence research and professional growth process of a male kindergarten teacher kindergarten enterprises, hope to kindergarten management for male preschool teacher training and male preschool teachers self help and inspiration.The first part is the introduction part, this part discusses the question reason, research significance, the definition of related concepts and related research content.The second part is the theoretical basis of the research, this part discusses the theoretical basis of this study, including teachers’ professional quality connotation related theory, teacher professional development stage theory, teacher’s occupation career cycle model theory, the theoretical basis for this study.The third part is the research design and process part. This part discusses what is the specific research questions, research significance, research methods and the reason, and reason of the research object, research process arrangement and promotion, research validity and educational research this ethical etc..The forth part is the research content and analysis part, this part explains the research content and analysis, discusses the research object change in the University, the beginning of the entry and the adaptation and the key events to promote the professional development of teachers and so on, analysis in various stages of critical event S teacher professional development of teachers and its influence on what is S the teacher professional growth.The fifth part is the study conclusion, to answer the research questions presented in this part of the analysis before, what is the impact of the male role of S teacher professional growth, which from two aspects of individual and organizational environment factors affecting S teacher professional development.The sixth part is the suggestion part, this part is the conclusion of the study, singled out in this chapter, according to the research above on how to promote the development of male young teachers’ professional development suggestions.
