With the advent of the era of the knowledge economy,social competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and people pay more and more attention to the role of education.Today,the selection of talents mainly depends on the staged examination system,resulting in students paying too much attention to examination results,and endure increasing academic burden and study pressure.School education,as an important way to cultivate talents,cannot yet meet the individual needs of educated student to improve their quality.Parents also hope that their children will get better living conditions in the increasingly fierce competition.These existing conditions have given room for the development of extracurricular tutoring institutions.The phenomenon of extracurricular tutoring has emerged and developed rapidly in recent decades,but the investigation and research on extracurricular tutoring have not been fully in-depth,and the investigation and research on the effect of extracurricular tutoring at specific stages are rarely involved too.In order to understand the current situation and effect of tuition for primary school students extracurricular tutoring,senior students,parents and teachers of a primary school in Shijiazhuang will be used as survey objects,and surveys will be conducted in the form of questionnaires and interviews.The effects of extracurricular tutoring for senior students in elementary school in Shijiazhuang City were explored,and the influencing factors of the effect of extracurricular tutoring for primary school students are explored,so as to find a perfect way to effectively improve the effect of extracurricular tutoring.The main contents of this paper are as follows:This paper included an introduction and four chapters.The introduction mainly explained the background of the paper,the purpose and significance of the research,summarized the existing research review at home and abroad.The first chapter defined the core concepts and introduces the theoretical basis of the research.In the second chapter,from the perspective of acdemic proformance,learning habits and learning attitude.And combined with interviews with students,parents,front-line teachers,teachers of extracurricular tutoring schools and teaching management personnel,we have a comprehensively understanding of the current situation of extracurricular tutoring effect for senior primary school students.The third chapter explored the influencing factors of the effect of extracurricularl tutoring for senior students in elementary school on the basis of investigation.It was found that there were some influential factors such as students' willingness and motivation for tutoring,parents' educational concepts,schools and teachers' attitudes towards tutoring,tutoring school curriculum and teaching characteristics,tutoring teachers' teaching methods and abilities,etc.The fourth chapter was based on the theoretical perspective,in order to improve the effect of extracurricularl tutoring,this study put forward strategies to optimize the effect of extracurricular tutoring for primary school students from four levels: parents of students,schools,tutoring schools,and education administration departments,hoping that these strategies can help improve the academic level of primary school students.
