Extracurricular tutoring refers to a kind of paid educational activities that students participate in outside of the school's mainstream education and family education to enhance their academic performance or meet the students'self-development needs.In recent years,the development of extracurricular tutoring is very strong,and it has shown the characteristics of popularization and maturity.This has had a huge impact on students,parents,school education and even the whole society,both in good and bad ways.In order to eliminate the adverse effects,relevant government departments have taken a series of measures and issued a series of policies to supervise and govern after-class tutoring institutions and other institutions,and some achievements have been made.However,the problem of extracurricular tutoring can't be governed overnight.Many problems are growing old troubles rooted in the tutoring industry.Chinese,as a major subject,occupies a place in the market of extracurricular tutoring.With common fault of the extra-class continuation,it also has its unique problems.Only by understanding the problem can we find the right remedy for the situation.Starting from the study of Chinese extracurricular tutoring for urban primary school students,it is of certain significance and help to improve the quality of Chinese tutoring and even to manage the whole problem of extracurricular tutoring.This thesis mainly uses the literature method,questionnaire method and interview method to investigate the current situation of Chinese language tutoring in the third grade students of Wuhan L Elementary School.Through the investigation,we learned the impact of primary school students'participation in Chinese extracurricular tutoring,and mainly focused on the problems existing in urban extracurricular tutoring.Through investigation,we found that there are both pros and cons to the influence of Chinese extracurricular tutoring in urban primary schools,and the existing problems mainly include:primary school Chinese extracurricular supplementary fees are higher and more intensive,which brings a burden to both students and parents;The Chinese remedial teaching mode is not reasonable,which has caused many adverse effects on students' learning;The management of extracurricular tutoring institutions is not standardized,mainly reflected in the uneven quality of Chinese tutors and the mixed market of tutoring;The author analyzes the existing problems from the aspects of students,parents,tutoring institutions and society.Students fail to realize the purpose of language tutoring,so that they can't avoid the drawbacks of tutoring;Parents are narrow-minded and anxious,so they blindly choose Chinese remedial education while ignoring the real development needs of students;Chinese tutoring teaching neglects the differences of students and tends to unify teaching,which hinders the individualized development of students.Tutor institutions are driven by economic interests,seriously ignoring their educational responsibilities;The strict examination and selection system forces more students to take remedial Chinese language courses,resulting in more problems.On this basis,The author thought about the extra-curricular tutoring problems in the current urban primary school and put forward the following governance Suggestions:from the internal reform of tutoring institutions to optimize the language tutoring teaching model,parents should change the concept of education,reduce the dependence on tutoring institutions,attach importance to family education;Schools should improve the quality of school education and reduce students'demand for Chinese extracurricular tutoring.The government should strengthen supervision of after-school tutoring institutions and implement comprehensive evaluation of education quality.Remedial institutions,families and schools should form a synergy of education,and the government and the community should provide support to help students improve their language learning and self-development.
