Self esteem refers to the individual's perception and evaluation of self emotional value.Peer conflict refers to the phenomenon of mutual confrontation and exclusion in psychology and behavior between peers of the same age and similar degree of psychological development in daily learning and life, and the parties present a psychological state of confusion, contradiction and conflict. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between junior high school students' self-esteem and peer conflict, and further use semi-structured campus psychodrama to reduce the level of peer conflict by intervening junior high school students' self-esteem.The study consists of four stages. The first stage: referring to the related scales at home and abroad, combined with the open-ended questionnaire and interview results, the peer conflict questionnaire for Contemporary Junior High School Students in China is developed. The second stage: using the self-esteem questionnaire of junior middle school students compiled by sun Jiapei and the peer conflict questionnaire of junior middle school students compiled by researchers themselves,we investigated 500 junior middle school students in a middle school in Shijiazhuang, and analyzed the relationship between them. The third stage: firstly, according to the survey results, the total scores of self-esteem and peer conflict were ranked in high and low order, and 24 people with high self-esteem,high self-esteem,low self-esteem and low self-esteem were selected, and they were equally divided into three groups according to the proportion of men and women, including the experimental group, the placebo group and the control group. Then eight semi-structured campus psychodrama interventions with self-esteem as the theme were implemented for the experimental group, and eight semi-structured campus psychodrama interventions without self-esteem and peer conflict were implemented for the placebo group;the control group did not deal with them. The fourth stage: using the same self-esteem questionnaire and peer conflict questionnaire of junior high school students in front of the three groups of subjects to carry out a unified post test, with the pre-test data for ANOVA.In this study,SPSS and Mplus were used for data processing, including correlation analysis, regression analysis,t-test,difference analysis, variance analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.Research consequences:1.The junior high school students' peer conflict questionnaire includes four dimensions: emotional conflict, verbal conflict, interactive conflict and physical conflict. The total score and the internal consistency reliability of each dimension were 0.896,0.819,0.836,0.821 and 0.706,respectively.The total score and the retest reliability of each dimension were 0.901,0.836,0.850,0.826 and 0.816,respectively.Among them, using Mplus for confirmatory factor analysis,RMSEA=0.054,TLI =0.913,CFI=0.925,SRMR=0.053.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire are good, and it is in line with the psychometric standard, which is suitable for evaluating the peer conflict level of contemporary junior middle school students.2.Junior high school students' self-esteem was significantly correlated with peer conflict(r=-0.343**).Taking peer conflict as the dependent variable and self love,self-worth and self-identity as the independent variables, the regression analysis showed that self-esteem had a significant predictive effect on peer conflict.3.The main effect of high and low self-esteem group was significant(F=10.385**);the main effect of experimental group was significant(F=7.871**);the change value of peer conflict before and after experimental intervention was the dependent variable;the high and low self-esteem group and different experimental groups were the independent variable The main effect of the experimental group was significant(F=6.651**);the change of self-esteem and peer conflict of different role subjects in the experimental group was tested by the difference test, the change of peer conflict of different role subjects was significant(F=3.460*),and the change of self-esteem level was not significant.Research conclusions:1.The questionnaire of junior high school students' peer conflict has good reliability and validity, which is in line with the standard of psychometrics, and is suitable for evaluating the level of junior high school students' peer conflict;2.There is a significant negative correlation between self-esteem and peer conflict in junior high school students;semi-structured campus psychological drama counseling can improve the self-esteem level of junior high school students;intervention on self-esteem can effectively reduce the level of peer conflict in junior high school students at the same time.
