A peer conflict refers to a common phenomenon those who are in the same age phaseor people who are roughly equal in their psychological maturity have a conflict and issue even flight with others because of disagreement,personality clashes and bad blood.This paper studies the conflict of peers in junior high school students,which mainly analyzes from the aspects of frequency,incident,reason,handling strategy and gains or losses.and analyzes the status of peer conflict from three dimensions of individual,family and school,by using self-compiled questionnaire and interview outline about "junior high school students peer conflict and its handling strategy ".to investigate a total of 380 students from a key middle school in Beijing and rural middle school in Shandong Province.Results are as follows:Peer Conflict Personal level,From the aspects of gender,there are significant differences in values and interests of peer influencing factors.from a certain point of handling strategy in peer conflict,there is a very significant difference in the strategy of "coping","active communication" and "persistence",Compared to those who have opposite sex,those who don't have more companion conflict.Peer Conflict Family level:,There is a significant positive correlation between the frequency of conflict between parents and parents in each semester.There was a significant correlation between the frequency of peer conflict and parental education in each semester,among which the correlation with mother education was the strongest.Peer Conflict School level: Compared to urban junior high school students in the compliance,the ability of rural junior high school students to use avoid and submit is significantly lower.In view of the above situation,this paper proposes to improve the junior high school students peer conflict resolution strategy and skills of the proposal.
