Yang Xianjiang(1895-1931),the character,was born in a well-known tailor's home in Changhe Town(now Cixi),Yuyao,Zhejiang.In his short and gorgeous life,Yang Xianjiang always had a strong interest in education and devoted a lot of effort.He studied education from a Marxist point of view,diligently seeded it in the field of education,and left a rich legacy,including a discourse on the literacy of middle school teachers.Yang Xianjiang believes that middle school teachers are very important to the country,society and students,and they must have political,moral and professional qualifications to become competent teachers.He advocated teachers' political mission,helped teachers establish new morals,and emphasized the importance of teachers' mastery of the art of teaching.Yang Xianjiang's thoughts of middle school teacher's literacy is closely linked to the reality of China.He actively guided the teachers of the time to take the road of revolutionary education,and made great contributions to the construction of a Chinese Marxist teacher theory system.He is a well-deserved Marxist education theorist and a leader in student progress.Literature research method and historical research method are mainly used.Taking Yang Xianjiang's academic experience and educational practice as editor of Student Magazine,educational director of Shangyu Chunhui Middle School,teacher of Jingxian Female Middle School,and president of China Youth Association Nanjing Branch as Focus on research.Objectively analyze the reasons for the formation of Yang Xianjiang's middle school teacher literacy theory,explain the connotation of Yang Xianjiang's thoughts of middle school teacher's literacy,highlight its uniqueness as a Marxist education theorist's analysis problem,and combine with today's reality to provide a reference for improving the construction of middle school teacher team.This article is mainly divided into five parts:The first part: Introduction.Introduce the reasons,research significance,related research and literature review,research purpose,research ideas and research methods,the innovation of this research and the definition of core concepts for this topic.The second part: The reasons for the formation of Yang Xianjiang's thoughts of middle school teachers' literacy is introduced from three aspects: personal,family and society.Personally,Yang Xianjiang's education experience and educational practice have provided Yang Xianjiang with a broad and solid educational research foundation.In terms of family,father's support and teaching,mother's loving and sincere personality,and local culture have all set the mark on Yang Xianjiang Research Middle School's teacher literacy.On the social front,China was at the time of warlord oppression and imperialist aggression.With the development of the New Cultural Movement and the introduction of Marxist theory to China,Yang Xianjiang began to think about the literacy of middle school teachers from the needs of society and the country,and encouraged teachers' association movement.During Japan,the study of foreign educational theories deepened his thinking on the literacy of middle school teachers.The third part: Based on Yang Xianjiang's academic experience and educational practices during the period of editing the "Student Magazine",the educational director of Shangyu Chunhui Middle School,the teacher of Jingxian Female High School,and the president of China Youth Association Nanjing Branch,the connotation of Yang Xianjiang Middle School's teachers' literacy is analyzed.Yang Xianjiang asked middle school teachers to establish a revolutionary spirit,assume a political mission,improve their political education ability,and actively form a revolutionary group in political literacy.In terms of moral literacy,we must attach importance to establishing new morality,actively taking responsibility,and exploring ways to improve moral literacy.In terms of professional literacy,it is necessary to reserve extensive knowledge,master teaching methods,and exercise eloquence and expression skills.The fourth part: This article analyzes Yang Xianjiang's thoughts on middle school teacher literacy,and puts forward suggestions for the requirements of modern education on middle school teacher literacy and the shortcomings in the construction of middle school teacher literacy.At the same time,it provides reference for the establishment of a new type of teacher team in modern society.Studying Yang Xianjiang's ideology of middle school teachers can not only enrich the understanding of Yang Xianjiang,broaden the study of Marxist education theorist Yang Xianjiang,but also enrich our understanding of education during the Republic of China.Persist in the past for the present,let Yang Xianjiang's middle school teacher's literacy ideas provide a reference for building a new type of teacher team today.
